I definitely recommend Mr. Brian Brooks. I needed a lawyer to show in court for a speeding violation (18mph over, which is a misdemeanor in NC) and Mr. Brooks went above and beyond. Not only did he show in court for me, he had spoken to the assistant district attorney and had my misdemeanor charge dropped down to an “improper speedometer” which is lower than a parking ticket. You cant hope for someone better than that. On top of that, he had this done two weeks before my court date and it was a very low price to pay him. I cant show enough of my appreciation. I highly recommend Attorney Brian Brooks. He came though with the best possible result for my wife's "Failure To Move Over" violations while passing thorough North Carolina from New Jersey on our way to North Myrtle Beach. My wife was un-aware of that law as it is not highly enforced in NJ. She did however slow down but didn't change lanes, was not even sure it was safe to do so. It was ~9 Hours into our drive and around mid-night. After taking a defensive driving course online the violation was 100% waived and now no record of it even happening on her driving record.
