I’m pleased to say that my experience with this Law firm has been nothing but great. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with attorney Ben Cochran. Mr. Cochran worked very hard on my case and made sure that the outcome would be satisfactory for me. Mr. Cochran went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure I understood every process as it unfolded. The staff at this Law firm is so kind and very professional and everyone I ever encountered treated me more like family instead of just a client. However, it was one member of this firm that I dealt with more so than others and her name is Phyllis and she works out of the Fayetteville branch, she’s the true definition of a phenomenon woman. She’s a great asset for this company to have, every encounter with her was a great one. It didn’t matter if I popped up on her lunch break or any other time of the the day, she always greeted me a warm smile and ready to help me in any way she could. I remember a few times I had to bring my grand kids with me while I looked over some paperwork and Phyllis didn’t have a problem with entertaining them while I took care of my business. I need to put a review here. I went to visit with H&C about getting Disability. I was referred to them by their ad on TV. It took awhile but they got the good results for me recently like they said they would on the tv ad. They came thru for me and I’d recommend them for getting the job done.

Very Polite Staff, Jack my Lawyer was very Professional, Tactful, and looked out for by best interest. I would use this firm for all of my legal needs.

This company is full of it I spoke to someone regarding my case and she stated that she would send paperwork in the mail for me to get the doctor to fill out. Two weeks have passed I didn’t get paperwork so I called and they said they will mail another one. instead they mail me a letter stating that they can’t help me. All the attorney had to do is say she could not help me. It was a waste of my time. I can’t stand people who can’t be up front me.

i Was denied SSDI and opted for a hearing.His office made it simple and easy. I called and got a appointment for paperwork intake. I provided all documents they request. I attended all appoints as request. I had a over the phone interview with my attorney, and attended the hearing. 2 months later SSA found me fully favorable with 2 years back pay. This attorney made it soo incredibly easy and smooth during a high stress situation.
