Mr. Fitzgerald was an excellent attorney to have hired. We needed legal counsel a year ahead and hired a renowned Law Office in Winston-Salem to help us navigate the law and penal systems as well as the resulting sentence. When we decided to hire Mr. Fitzgerald, we had only read a few reviews but were comfortable with his expertise. What a wonderful surprise. He stayed on top of the things we needed to prepare for and was always readily available to answer any questions. We underestimated the ability this attorney has and were wonderfully surprised with his success in the court room. I will definitely recommend him to any friend and anyone considering legal counsel. Don't think that he is less effective than a big name firm, he is better than that, very efficient.

In all my encounters with lawyers, court, etc I have never been treated with more respect and genuine kindness. Great lawyer used him twice both times with awesome results. I didn't even have to appear in court for a 26mph over speeding ticket with a result of 9 over and no insurance points.

I was in need of getting an out of state ticket taken care of. Not only was it done professionally it was done fast. Anytime I had a question it was answered quickly. I would highly recommend Mr Fitzgerald to handle your traffic ticket needs. The process was seamless and the documentation I received in the mail explained everything I needed to do.

Terrible experience. He wanted to plead guilty and didn't even try to defend my case. He needs to be a prosecutor not a public defender. Mr. Fitzgerald just cares about his high-priced fee and that's it. No empathy or compassion for my situation and the consultation was $100 non-refundable. Worst experience of my life. I should have just got a court appointed attorney.

John defended me in a very complex hearing with the DMV that stretched on for nearly a year. I visited several other attorneys before deciding to work with John and almost all of them told me to accept my fate and surrender my license even though they believed the DMV was in the wrong.

Awful! I had a free consultation with him and he quoted me more than double the amount I got from another attorney! And he told me nothing was "guaranteed." (This is a first time misd offense/speeding ticket) I hired Katie Hinds, and got an outcome I didn't expect. Everything will be ultimately be dismissed! Don't waste your time with this guy!!! Shop around!! I saved enough money to pay rent for two months!
