An easy process. 80 in a 65 reduced to improper equipment. Very good communication by her staff. Credit card over the phone, pay the court costs digitally. I hate that I got a ticket but am glad I found the right attorney.

My court date was changed and I was not informed until I contacted them to know why I hadn’t heard back. Very poor results. Paid for something I could have done myself. Anyone can file for a prayer for judgement in court. My mistake was paying to have someone do it for me.

My boyfriend had a speeding ticket and she and her husband completely ghosted on him. Months and months have passed and they have not returned his calls nor his emails. We are at loss on what to do. If anybody knows what we can do please message me, and avoid this poor excuse of a person as your attorney or even as a friend. I wish I could get my money back...

Tell him to call you? He has been for the past 3 months! He eventually gave up. I hope nobody else uses your service. They'll end up regretting it. Other people and us have had the same experience with you, so I'd suggest you stop acting "professional " when you are far from it.

I hired Ms. Lackey for a speeding violation. Speed was reduced to 9 miles over. Also, cannot have another traffic violation for 3 years. In NC what are the odds of that not happening when it the main source of revenue. Not really great. If you attend court on your own for free you could get the same thing or perhaps better. I would not recommend Ms.Lackey at all!! Would try another attorney from the many solicitations received after a violation.

Even though she did take care of my cases. I was a bit surprised to learn that i would never be meeting my lawyer. Everything was dealt with her secrataries and she had personal conflicting matters consecutively. Pushing my court dates farther and farther.

Did not even tell me she had moved my court date for a charge she had led me to believe was settled. Did not even acknowledge it until after the court date had passed! I never heard a word from them in a year until after it was too late. Do not them to have your best interest in mind!

Wish I had k own about her a few years ago went I spent way to much money for my husbands speeding tickets for the same exact outcome.

We talked with her on the phone a lot, could never get into her office to see her. Ended up paying her money and was told it was all used to draw up some paperwork. Asked for the paperwork and a call back and never heard back from her they just kept saying she would call. waste of money and time.
