I called to get help with a landlord issue. The assistant to the attorney was in disbelief of what we were going through yet the attorney was unwilling to hear or take on my case . I can only assume it’s because I rent from a large company that probably has a bigger wallet than mine. My advice is to find an attorney that actually wants to help people.

Couldn't get anyone to call back. Apparently aren't interested in representing us. Never would return call after numerous messages. Wouldn't talk on phone. Always " on phone" or " out of office" even though they were in. Wasted weeks of our time. Run away as fast as you can.

Mishandled a real estate closing. The attorney for the closing told me I could have 30 seconds of his time basically REFUSED to discuss the issue. Inappropriate behavior. Very unprofessional. Issue unresolved. Seller of the property will need to seek counsel to resolve the issues. Unfortunate.

When I moved to concord, I sent this place a resume. They never responded back with even “no thanks, we don’t need anybody.” They didn’t email or call back on my follow up attempts.

If that’s how they would treat one of their own, how do you think they would treat the general public?

My son was traveling back to Georgia Southern University from a service trip in Charlotte. He was pulled over for speeding and the ticket required that he appear in court. Called this firm to handle a speeding ticket for me. The first time I called I was transferred to Rachel to leave a voicemail. I did so and did not get a call back. I called again and was able to speak with her, explained the situation and had everything set up for them to appear in court for me. Prior to the court date she emailed me a waiver to sign, which I signed and returned and requested confirmation that it was received. I have not heard a word from them since. My court date was a week ago and I haven't even heard the results. I'm honestly not even sure if they went at this point. Will continue to reach out.

Went bankrupt waiting for this firm to do their job. They talk allot and do little. I found real lawyers to take care of our bankruptcy. This firm seems to only care about a certain class of people. I will never send them any customers. I only wish I could rate them at a zero.

I have found them to be responsive, professional, and effective. It is also a good firm for the "one-stop shop" as they specialize in many areas of law. There are several excellent firms in Concord and I would consider this firm to be one of them.

I had an unfortunate experience with one of the attorneys in this office. Though he appeared competent, he acted unprofessionally. This resulted in my terminating my client relationship with him and hiring another attorney in town. Additionally, the office did not post a payment to my account. The burden of proof is on the client. Fortunately, I was able to prove my payment. I would not recommend.
