I needed help after my parents died. I hired Scott to take care of the affairs after I had been given incorrect information from my clerk's office. He was wonderful. I have continued to use his services. I think everyone dealing with estate issues needs to go see him. I trust him. You can't say that about a lawyer very often.

Scott is an excellent attorney. He was patient, listened intently to my problem and together we formulated a solution. He also helped me resolve an issue that had persisted for almost a year. As a retired police officer, I'm cautious of most attorneys, but I would strongly recommend Scott if you have estate questions.

If you need a backstabbing, lying, lowdown tricky, dirty lawyer then you need T. Callicutt. He helped my mom to go to her early grave and didn't miss a trick. The funny thing was he was her attorney, yet he was helping the other party win the case against my mom. We had put all our trust into him, only to realize later that he was in it for mom to loose this case, his payoff was bigger than the state appointed lawyers salary. It was disgraceful how he allowed the courts, and family run over my poor mom, and again he was her lawyer. She got no respect from any party, the lawyers were rude, the court system was horrible, and the family was just unbelievably mean to this lady fighting for her rights. Which were all stripped away before the case was ever heard in the court system. She was left to face the meanest people of all time without any defense. The family that stood to gain all of her earthly wealth, had warned her that she would lose her case, we had no clue to the extent they had gone too just to ensure their win and huge payoff. I write this giving my mom her voice, may she rest in Heaven. She was a victim of Alzheimer's that had fallen pray to a greedy, spiteful, hateful, dirty family that bought her lawyer off, ensuring their win.
