Is horrible. We went and saw him and he was sympathetic to our case or so it seemed. he wanted 609$ for 3 hours and we agreed. We explained that money is right for us and that it would take A few weeks to get all of it and he said that he understood that if we wanted the social worker could call him and he would tell her that he's representing us. then I call and speak with the secretary just a week later and find out that he told her to tell the social worker that he dose not represent us in any way shape or form. all because wer hadn't given him any money. when be had said to our face that he was booked for the next few weeks and that he understood and would tell her he was representing us at least, but not start helping us until we had paid. on to of that its impossible to get ahold of him and your lucky if you can get ahold of the secretary after leaving multiple messages. either she is never there or she never answers the phone. Would not recommend to anyone. acts like he cares but really he could Care less.

David has been my attorney for 9 months and i have NEVER recieved a call from him. I have left countless messages and never have i recieved a call back reguarding my case. The ONLY time i speak to him is when we are in court and even then we talk for all of 2 minutes then i never see or hear from him til next courtdate reguardless of countless messages i leave him. I guess if to those he is good to you must pay him out of pocket ‍♀️ my 77 year old father now has to fly back and forth to help me get my child back and he lives in another state....
