BEWARE

The law firm did not represent me well. There were a lot of mistakes made on the part of my attorney. The firm knew this and offered me a reduction on their law fee as an apology. It still would not equate to the money I lost.

I was represented by Michele Cybinski for a three car head on collision. A driver crossed over on a five lane highway and hit me head on smashing me into a huge truck. The driver took fault for the accident stating he over corrected. My car was totaled. Air bags deployed and it was definitely a horrible experience.

It took almost two years to settle my case and I received less than $7,000.

DO NOT go to her. She missed deadlines and didn’t care. She is incompetent of the law. I am in the medical field and make pretty good money. She didn’t even get me enough money to cover my lost wages for two weeks let alone pain and suffering. The litigation attorneys tried to fix things but the damage had been done.

I would strongly advice you to seek representation at another law firm. The good reviews the law firm had seem to mostly be about Michael Broome and work related injuries. Please check out another firm and get what you deserve as well as attorneys that actually CARE.

I want to say thank you so much for the stuff you had did for me to help with my case. I can say Alyson Bowers and Casey Are wonderful people. I would highly recommend deuterman law to anyone that needs a great law firm . Also everyone there is very friendly and makes you comfortable. Awesome experience with Anna Edelen as my paralegal and Michael Broome as a Lawyer. it's great to have a lawyer like Michael Broome on your side his sarcasm was sketchy at first but then I noticed that sarcasm was the one who defended me at court. They were always attentive and on top of every detail. If I had questions Anna did not mind answering them five times if needed. Some times if I just didn't have all my stuff together Anna or Michael would contact me directly and make sure everything was OK and even asked how I was feeling from time to time. That goes along way even though sometimes you don't really feel like lawyers are there for your best interest as they're in this to make a living, I don't think that's 100% of the case with this law firm. This firm is fast acting and well-equipped into getting the job done and taking out a true defense for you. Can’t no one take advantage of you with this law firm pn your side. I highly recommend deuterman law group especially for auto accidents. I had someone pull a U-turn in front of me in a busy intersection, on a one-way street, and even though it seems like a cut and dry case they ended up denying me. I had over $5000 in medical bills from this where I actually lost feeling in my hand for months. Even though it was clear who is at fault they still denied me and were gonna pay me nothing. My paralegal Abby and my atty Michele got me through three more denials and finally won my case for me for $8,500! Without them I would have never received anything. The insurance companies live to deny claims but thanks to them my bills are finally covered after a year and a half of fighting! Thank you both so much!!

I can't thank Dan Deuterman enough!!! It took a while to get my settlement, but during the time between getting it, we became homeless, waiting for the money to come in!!!
Well, Dan found out, and said that he was NOT going to let us be homeless; and it was winter time, and have to stay in the cold...Soooooo, Dan asked my husband and I to come to the office.
We had found an apartment, but didn't have the money to pay for the deposit. Dan asked for the name of the realtor, that had the apartment, called the company to get all information needed, and handed us an envelope, with a check for the deposit on the apartment!!!
I figured that he would deduct the amount from my settlement, when it came in, but Dan said... Absolutely Not!!!! He would NOT let us pay him back...
Dan is a very caring person!!! I have seen where he gives to the community around him...helps with food, for school children to eat on the weekend, when school is closed!!!
He also helps raise money for those who are fighting a disease, and need help with medical expenses!!!

Last year my children and I were involved in a car accident that was hard to recover from. If anything is an inconvenience- this was! Fortunately, Attorney M. Cybulski and her Paralegal, Stephanie B worked diligently to help our family through this mess! They handled everything in such a professional manner. We were in constant communication regarding the process from day 1 until when the case was settled. Stephanie was very helpful and informative throughout the process. Attorney Cybulski made it her objective to fight for my family and succeeded. They're personal touch is what made this experience even more outstanding compared to nightmares you would normally hear about. I would recommend anyone to them. The office staff at Deuterman Law has been lying to my office staff about a significant amount of money owed to me. I wrote them a letter giving a chance to rectify this , but no response. A legal document has been breached. Do not trust!

First thing I feel I was told a much higher settlement that I could get in order to get my business. I don’t feel that I was advised on any subject or problem that came up during my case. When I made the decision that I thought was best for me, that’s is when the lawyer would say what I should have done. I often had to say things like “I hired you “ so do what best for me because I don’t know about this legal stuff. He also did not fight hard for me or listen to any thing I said. This simple carpal tunnel case went on for a year and I did not get any thing close to the settlement that I was told I would get. I was told in a W C case to alsways hire a lawyer. I don’t feel like hiring a lawyer helped me at all. I lost my job, benefits and before the case settlement I lost my weekly check. I lost way more in this case than what I got in return. It is 3 months after the case and I still don’t have a job. I know someone else that had this same experience with this law firm. If I had to do it all over again, I would not have gotten a lawyer, especially not from this law firm. It was my first and last of dealing with the firm. Please stay away if you want to be represented well and treated better . I would suggest that you go somewhere else or anywhere else. I did not want to do a review because I feel like my case was handle so poorly, but they kept sending me an email for a review. I could have said a lot more , but this review would have been to long. Maybe now they will stop emailing me for a review. I was very hurt and disappointed my the representation I got from Deuterman law.

Well I’d give 5 stars but I was let down by my settlement particularly because my lawyer initially had my potential take away 4X what I got... and I know every case is different but man my hopes were high. Professionalism is 5 stars though!

They are a the best law firm anywhere

Using them for a workmans comp claim was useless. I suggest you take your business to lawyers who actually care. If I knew they were going to settle so low we would have gone somewhere else.
