I recently stopped at Mrs. Chut office to say thank you again. Back 17 years ago when my case was being worked on, I did not realize exactly what all could have happened. In fact, I was almost tricked into signing away my parental rights. This would have meant that I would never see my kid again. Thankfully, she stopped me, and now 17 years later I still see my son. Divorces and child custody battles can be rather gruesome, but if Mrs Chut could withstand the barrages of my ex wife, and still manage to protect my right to see my child, she could surely handle other cases. She does a wonderful job.

Very, very unprofessional attorney. I would NOT recommend her to anybody. Hired her a year ago and very little had been done about my case. I was the one always calling her office to see how my case was going, and yet, it took several days and phone calls for someone to answer. Went to her office 3times, since most days nobody would pick up the phone, to make an appointment and those 3times she was very rude and unpleasant. I would try to explain why was i there and she would not let me talk and would get angry. Please take your money elsewhere.

I would not recommend using this attorney. I hired Mrs. O'Chut and after two years very little had been accomplished. Communication was poor and advice given was often confusing. I had to always be the one to contact her office and it took several messages to get any response. I finally decided to seek counsel elsewhere.
