If you need a lawyer, you're probably in a very difficult situation. If you want to make that situation even harder on yourself, hire Adam as your lawyer. Not only do they not return phone calls, they provide the minimum amount of legal cousel they possibly can. The lack of upfront cost might be enticing, but you will pay dearly in the long-run. There are many lawyers out there that provide the same service, and you would be hard pressed to find someone that could do a worse job.

My experience with the team was great. They worked diligently to make sure that I got what was rightfully owed to me. If anything was to occur in my future, I would surely use the company again. Thank you!

My experience was very outstanding

I had a WC head injury that lead me to more than a blackout in front of my young classroom and daily stuggles. They were blocking doctor visits, harrassment and tried to give me pennies to close my case that didn't cover the expenses I paid out of pocket. I just wanted relief and proper treatment. I spoked to a few attorneys offices in the area. Many didn't see a big enough payoff since it was considered minor and not major TBI or seemed a little confused on the situation. I was in an auto accident on June 30, 2017. At first they seemed like they were really on my side very nice and helpful and I was teamed up with Mr. Bardes who was very helpful and informative then after speaking with him a couple of times without my knowledge or approval they changed my attorney to Mr Godwin. Mr Godwin acted as if I was at fault for the accident and he wanted to sue my insurance company instead of the insurance company of the person who ran into my car. He consistently seemed as if he was on the other persons side and tried to blame me. It felt like to me he was working for Nationwide insurance instead of trying to help me. Needless to say I was never compensated for any of my medical bills, car repairs or pain and suffering. And my car was never repaired properly. Mr Godwin and his paralegal Amber claimed they called me multiple times and I never called back while I may not have always answered right when she called I always returned the call. I do work 40 plus hours a week. Then I received a letter about a week ago stating that they were dropping me as a client and that I should seek legal services elsewhere. So after almost a year of back and forth and blaming me for an accident that I did not cause they dropped me and never really did try to get me any compensation for my pain, missed wages, medical bills or property damage. I would avoid Hardison and Cochran at all cost and especially if they pair you up with Mr. Godwin.

Great attorneys!

I do not recommend anyone go to them for SS disability help. I dealt with Bisor and when it came time to go before the alj judge for my appeal he was very short verging on rude with me, then during the time in front of the actual judge he barely said anything on my behalf! I tried standing up for myself because of that, but ended up getting denied! Then I was going to appeal the decision, they quit on me because they didn't want to put in any real work to try and help me! So they have now screwed me 2x when I REALLY needed someone. It's very sad that anyone would do not only this, but also be very rude and uncaring in the process.

I have read through all of these 5 star reviews and I must say that I am confused. I have had to beg for information and when I do speak with Tammy it seems that she is as confused about what is going as I am. I have had a call from Mr. Hardison telling me that it is important that I call him back and when I did, i left several messages and never heard back from him. I have been told that the company that is representing the other side was ready to offer a settlement then I was told that they were not authorized to settle. I was told that we had to go to mediation but can't get a clear understanding of what the heck is being mediated. There have been some good things that have gotten done such as making sure I got the 2nd opinion but really so far it's just not a great experience.

Mr Hardison called today and spoke with me at length. Sometimes understanding each other is all it takes to cure frustration. I am truly grateful that Mr. Hardison was willing to take time today to explain everything going on with my case. It takes a compassionate person to show the concern he showed today. In my opinion there isn’t an attorney in North Carolina better than Ben Cochran, I had a slip and fall accident on the job and had to have surgery but my employer didn’t have coverage.Ben was there to answer any questions I had unbelievably he seemed to answer every time I called him lol.Seriously he kept me well informed of what was going on and he took the time to make sure that I understood what he was saying.This was a very difficult time for me being injured and not knowing what to expect from my employer. I have to say with all I been through from being hurt on the job put in the hospital 2014 where I died twice and put on life support for 3 to 4 days.i lost everything I work hard for from my wife walking out on me because being away from home working and getting hurt was to much on her,I lost house and all went years with no income.Mr Cochran push my case and now 4 years later he now pushing for the end, I was hard to deal with because loosening all I had and my life taken a big change I couldn't ask for a better lawyer and the people who work there when my daughter was born they showed a lot of love towards me and her.
And they fought for my disability when I was turn down they push it through again and won.now am just waiting for the big day to come where all this will be put to the end.from me and my daughter thank you all.

Lazy, waste of time, they didn't even realize the settlement offer they got was less than the one I had before going to them.

Another driver hit my car. Police report said the wreck was 100% the other driver's fault. Other insurance offered $5,000, which was way too low for how bad it was. I got with Hardison & Cochrane, gave them pictures, records, and all the information including what settlement offer I received.
After 3 months of them "contacting" the other insurance company, Hardison & Cochran finally got back in touch with me and said "we received an offer of $4,000, would you like to settle for that?" And that $4,000 was BEFORE Hardison & Cochrane would have taken their cut!
Maybe it's me, but I thought the whole point of an attorney like this was to get MORE of a settlement than I could get on my own...

If you like cookie-cutter medicine, you'll like this law firm. They are cookie-cutter lawyers. They will hold your hand, pat you on the shoulder and do what comes easiest for them. They take on massive amounts of litigation, because they only need to 'win' some with little effort. Lazy lawyers!

I loved my experience with Hardison & Cochran they helped me settle my case out of court and for an amount more than other law office promised. There billing plan was very helpful to me being injured with no income there was no way to pay a lawyer up front and with payment due only if the case was won was extremely helpful. Adam Bridwell and my case manager made me feel like i wasn't just a broken dollar sign, i was a person in pain needing help. i would recommend this law office to anyone who feels as though they are being taking advantage of by the big working corporations. Adam is a bigger guy and I'm glad i had him on my side.
