They were honest that they could not help me and referred me to another office

I’m totally fed up with this law firm. I came to them to get my license reinstated . I paid $650 back in feb 2018. I told him i needed this issues resolved by April. April came and nothing was done with the case jerry told me i should continue my case in another county because he wasn’t finished . Another month came went to the court date & luckily i was about to handle my issues without the help of them . ANOTHER month passed jerry told me i could pay the court cost and get my licenses i went and got my license and jerry called me saying there was something he was trying to
Get sorted out . I had too court costs and he was taking them bCk to get them resolved. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING ELSE FROM HIM (may 2018). Whenever i called i got the run around & “I’ll call you back”. I even spoke with other people and was still no answers in August 2018 i got a letter in the mail stating my license was suspended due to not paying fees. I called them they tried to blame everything on me. And refused to hear anything i had to say. May was supposed to call me back 3 days ago with an update or some intel as to what was going on . So here i am $3000 & 6 months later back to square one .

HORRIBLE SERVICE , the level of professionalism is down right pathetic. I will never use or refer anyone to this company again.

I’ve honestly had the worst experience working with this law firm . They’ll call me back to back about payment but when I have a simple question I never get a response . I’ve called allen Rogers personally over 20 times with no response and when I call his office I get either no response or incorrect information . I’m extremely disappointed and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had . Never again will I work with such a firm.

If I could give this incompetent law firm ZERO STARS, I absolutely would. I am highly regretful to have ever seek out this firm to handle my husband's court case. I went to talk to them after they locked up my husband and gave them a retainer fee of $1,000. I don't even see where they have done $5 worth of work much less $1,000. First off, me and my husband were under the impression his conditions of being released on bail was an GPS monitoring. We both didn't see how this was so being that he;s not even from North Carolina (he was visiting)...I brought this to the lawyers and for FOUR MONTHS they went along with this notion without doing their due diligence. Furthermore, we asked them for bail reduction and nothing was coming back...in the four months my husband was in jail, the lawyer saw him one time and for just five minutes. There was zero communication regarding the status of whatever was going on...even if there was not an update a call should have been made vs myself calling all the time. I was the one who took it upon myself to call the jail for clarity on the GPS monitoring upon release- there was NO SUCH THING. So why didn't the law office clarify this for us? Granted his bail was high but I made it happen but nonetheless..... and the lack of communication among the law firm is appalling. I literally called the law office the day I was driving up to get my husband once I posted bail and they said they would be expecting him to stop by the next day....we get to the law office and not only were they not expecting my husband at ALL, they were "surprised we were able to come up with bail at all" per Ms Mae Blivens. After we talked to them about their high level of incompetence, all she did was nonchalantly apologize and pretty much brush off our concerns. But they made it a point to certainly call about a balance owed or when it came to money....but didn't do anything really that we couldnt have done our-self. Ultimately, the day they dropped him, my husband represented himself and got his own case DISMISSED. No thanks to this law firm. And I am glad I gave them not one more penny. How dare they act in the level of unprofessional ism and still keep their doors open is beyond me. My fellow veteran friend told me not to go to this lawfirm, I should have listened. Would have saved me a lot of headache.

Took care of my situation very professionally, love the way he is for the community, nice staff also... one of the best lawyers around for sure.

The worst place to go for a Disabled Vet. No communication very slow. Will not use them again cause more pain taking to long to pay me back!

I am a registered nurse and he took poor care of my legal matters. If I provided care like this for my sick patients, I would lose my license. This is what should happen to him. Worst attorney ever. Do not pay Jeff Rogers the full amount up front. He will quit on you and will only contact you if the other attorney needs something. He will leave important items out of legal documents and only wants to sit in his office and talk about his life. Worst experience ever with anyone professional. Stay far away.
