I recently get a trafic ticket and Cotten Law was able to dismiss all the charges at the first court appearance for a very resonable fee.No other fees were asked. I would realy recomand their help if you are in need. Do not take a chace to solve it by yourself.

I had a ticket for 20 miles over the speed limit and as far as I was told by the office it was taken care of with no points (as long as I don’t switch insurances, I was told). Ashley is so nice and friendly and answers your questions without making you feel like you are interrupting her work. Loved her!!!

I used them twice for two speeding tickets, but they couldn’t even respond to my email following up about my case. I emailed twice and received no response or further explanation of what happened with my ticket. Extremely unprofessional and definitely will not use them again.

I hired Cotten Law Firm to handle my son's speeding ticket from Sampson County. when I called the firm, Jeremy answered the phone so I was able to talk to a lawyer right away vs. leaving a message with an answering service. He was very friendly and straightforward. The fees were very reasonable (even with the court date being in Sampson County). We didn't have the required defensive driving class certificate ready in time, so Jeremy continued the case and then once it was heard in court, the ticket was dismissed.

I received my first speeding ticket recently (59 in a 45) and had no idea what I should do! Thankfully, among a zillion letters from attorneys wanting my business, one was from Cotten Law Firm.

After researching Mr Cotten a bit, I decided to give the office a call. SO glad I did! The person who answered immediately put me at ease with her knowledge of what the process was and I felt comfortable with Jeremy Cotten handling my case.

The process was VERY easy, I simply paid the attorney fee over the phone, which was the lowest of anyone in this area, received a receipt and confirmation via my email, and did not have to worry about anything else. Cotten law contacted me following a speeding ticket I received while traveling through the beautiful state of NC. I've been known to have a bit of a lead foot but do try to keep it below 10 mph above the posted limit. I was passing several cars who insisted on doing the posted limit in the fast lane without relinquishing the right of way to cars traveling a bit faster (God given right I guess) and attempting to create a little separation. Was clocked at 83 in a 65. Cotten law, at a very reasonable price was able to get it reduced to a non moving violation, one that isn't reported to my insurance. I was amazed! I've since been very cognizant of my speed while traveling interstates and have only had a few occasions to express my displeasure (under my breath of course) at my fellow travelers who disregard the law of "moving to the right except to pass"! Cotten law made handling my first speeding ticket quick and easy. I live a few hours from Raleigh, where I got my ticket, and I had a mandatory court date there for going over 80.
