Closing was great, however the Lady who answers the phone is very unprofessional! I called after our overnight package that we paid $25 extra was delivered 3 days late and she simply said “so what” and hung up on me.

Will never recommend this office. Trying to close on a house and they've changed the closing date 4 times. They don't answer the phone and when I walked in, they were laughing in the office. And they won't work late because they "overbooked."

Mr. Rice was understanding and seemed to geniunly care about his clients.

Did a house closing for us which was ok. Had a problem with it had to call him and he never called me back.
