Can't say enough about this place. I got pulled by a state trooper for doing 83 in a 55, so 28mph over the speed limit. Crazy, I know. I saw the reviews for Mr. Smith, so I gave them a call, and set up a phone appointment with him for the next week. He told me to take an 8 hour online driving course and send him the certificate, then pay him and the court fees, and he would get it reduced to equipment malfunction. I thought it sounded crazy but he did exactly that. He will do what he tells you he will do. In my case it was pretty expensive, but that's understandable considering it's possible to go to jail for going that much over. (for people who are reading this having just gotten a ticket, I also had no prior violations at all). But he got it reduced and I received no license or insurance points. The whole process was seamless and painless for me (minus the money of course). Absolutely amazing. Hopefully I never again need a lawyer in this neck of the woods (or at all) but if I do, I'll go with Bryon Smith every time.

I got 2 speeding tickets in one week and thought for sure nobody would be able to get them taken care of. Bryon Smith got them handled, and I received no driver's license points or insurance points. The price was much lower than I anticipated. The receptionist was very friendly and I got everything handled over the phone within a few minutes. I'm not hoping to receive anymore speeding tickets in the future, but if I do, I know where to go lol.

In 2016 I was in need of an Attorney to Represent my son and his many tickets..smh. A friend recommended him because he was "fair and honest" according to her. She was his client for a different reason but she felt he could help us in the situation we had.
