I was a seller and this was the buyers choice for a closing attorney. But I was very happy with the work they did, and they did a great job with all the special situations that our closing required.

David helped me with two matters over the years and was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. He is also personable and sympathetic. We will use his firm again whenever needed and would strongly recommend Harris and Hilton to others.

This firm would nickle and dime you on everything they do - rush fee, review fee, change fee, you name it. Although we provided our own seller documents, we were still charged over $250 for their seller coordination service. I wouldn't do business with this firm again.
