Clear requirements, friendly and responsive service.

I am currently in a closing with Gold Law. The documents were emailed and hard copies were not sent. The documents were not sent to all parties on the contract causing a last minute scramble to get all parties contacted and 'in the loop'. Gold Law had the wrong closing date and the wrong sale price of home on the tax document. Included is an 'ominous' cover letter to the notary regarding the margin space to be maintained at 1 1/2 " or there would be a 25.00 charge from the recorder of deeds. These documents only had a margin of 1/2" to begin with! Very, very sloppy work. Update after Gold Law response: Pay close attention to how they respond and the wording they use for placing blame elsewhere. If only they had checked their contracts, contacts and correspondence as closely and quickly as they follow these Google reviews my situation would never have happened in the first place. The contracts in the email had not been verified and updated to reflect the new closing date and new sale price. Gold Law does not believe that document verification before submitting them is their responsibility as the closing attorney but falls instead on the seller. The email contacts on those same outdated contracts had only one seller listed to send the documents to but that one seller was listed twice so is that what they're counting as seller error? Hmmmm. I have no idea how I was to control their duplication of contact instead of including all sellers listed. What use is a lawyer that doesn't feel a responsibility to verify the accuracy of documents they produce or even the very basic task of reviewing an email to make sure all parties are listed and not just repeat the same email twice? Pay attention to their response here. It's the client, always the client. If you don't get an email from them, surely they cannot be to blame!! If the dates and sale prices are wrong on their contract, surely they cannot be to blame! Oh and.... "So Sorry"

Amazing Law Firm !

If I could give this attorneys office 0 stars I would! They handled the closing of my real estate transaction in which I was the seller. Let’s start with the fact that they weren’t able to wire me the proceeds from the sale of my home or either lied about not being able to do so because they didn’t ask for the instructions when I came in to sign the sellers paperwork. The person at the front desk handling the details of my paperwork doesn’t bother to explain what I’m signing, until I asked “can you explain to me what I’m signing here”, and then it was haphazardly done. The cherry on top was they mailed the check to me with the WRONG address that was stuffed so tightly along with a bunch of other documents in an envelope that was so unsecured that anyone could have opened it and closed it back. When I called to address the matter, via the telephone game with the receptionist and attorney because apparently it was close to 5pm and he/she couldn’t be bothered, I was told it wasn’t a big deal and to call back and speak with the paralegal in the morning.

There are too many other law firms to use. Choose another firm who cares about accuracy and service.

Don't use them!
I used them for closing a house. They messed up the HUD several times. Never responsive and poor communication with clients - you have to prompt them for everything. They mess up with paperwork and property tax related documents.
I'll never use them again.
