Super slow!!!

Very slow.

They took more than 12 months just to file perm. Most of my colleagues (including me)who filed perm with them got an audit on their perm and had to move out of US because they didn’t get i140 in time. Very irresponsible firm.

Got H1b approved through Fragomen recently. Throughout the process they are very helpful.

I was forced to work with them because they were hired by my employer. They were super slow. Every email I sent them were answered a week later. Couple of my emails were forwarded to Ray Tiffany who never responded to my emails. I am just glad every thing is done.

They missed I-140 target date and never send a response to my email.

Good team to help with your legal immigration requirements

This is the MOST terrible law firm I've ever seen. From the lawyers to paralegals they're all super unprofessional. They don't know what they are doing and slow at responses.

They missed my H1B deadline and never communicated until I went up there and asked why, of course they made every excuses. Avoid at all cost!

Wish google had 0 star to give to fragomen. Never replies to mail. They have messed up my application with no fault of mine.

Update: They have too much incoming and are under-staffed to handle the incoming load. The management needs to get more attorneys, else they cant keep up with timelines.

Never on time My GC PERM filing was slipped twice.
After repeated request to file within the open time.
Had to repeatedly visit, call and mail to be on top of things to get it done.

People are good, but very much under-staffed, which is letting down the timeliness of the service. Unfortunately, lot of folks are repeatedly following up with them repeatedly due to this, since they have their status dependent on immigration timeline.

This is the worst professional interaction I have had so far with this business. The attorneys are lackadaisical and have no regards to the client's urgency. They held my PERM for 3 months (3 whole months!) before notifying me that they were ready to proceed to the next step. And this was after I prompted them to check on the PERM. Oh, I am still stuck waiting for responses for my cases.

Is there a 0 star? unresponsive, super slow, waste lots of time.
Update: See below response from them after three years, lol. BTW I am still experiencing same above issues from them. Not sure why my company choose them.

Worst in the world. I would give 0 star if there's an option. I got no feedback after submitting the material to them for 2 weeks, even after emailing and calling for update several times. In the end of the third week, they told me they're almost done. But it turned out to be just a lie, because 3 days before the deadline of submitting material to USCIS, they came up with a long list of request for information. And for several items among them, I asked whether we need any change in the first place and they said no. They're very improfessional, irresponsible, and dishonest.

Slow, incompetent and just plain annoying. If your employer is forcing you to use them, check everything they submit in your name. Make sure they submit everything they should including translated documents. Make sure they don't incorrectly copy paste old templates and forget paragraphs with other people's details in them

Easy to locate

Slow processing. Do not reply emails. Make all kinds of stupid mistakes on your petition. Alert! Do not hand your case to these amateur attorney!

They don't stick to time, won't follow up and conflicting communications.

Great location and staff is really helpful.
