Literally the worst immigration law firm ever. Unresponsive (even when HR from their client company steps in), and don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. AWFUL. I don’t know why companies outsource to them. They do not comprehend that visa and immigration issues carry a heavy weight for international employees, but they don’t seem to care.

The Worst company. Very very slow and totally unprofessional. They don't have basic knowledge of immigration. They don't review document and respond to any query you have. currently as immigration in trump act is very I would advice to find good firm. Waste of money and time. They don't care if you petition is rejected. They just care money they get for each application.

Berry Appleman & Leiden is THE WORST company I have ever worked with for anything legal. If I had seen some of the reviews prior, I would have requested a different company to my sponsor. BAL was hired by my new employer to process a Visa Transfer. Their overall performance is the slowest I have ever come across. I have had 3 Visa transfers before- so I am comparing Apples to Apples and BAL has performed terribly on all fronts- (1) Extremely slow- to a point which is baffling; (2) Extremely unprofessional- I had one call with the Attorney who was extremely rude and literally sounding like she was doing me a favor by working on my case and taking my call.

If you have a chance to request a different company, do it. Even a person who graduated Law school yesterday would be better. The gentlemen who have their name on this company should be ashamed of how the company is being operated. Extremely poor work and ultra high egos which are not earned whatsoever.

Extremealy proffesional and responsive. Managed to solve extremely complicated H1 case. Didn't notice any unreasonable delays.

One of the trash company in the world. Too slow for handling stuff. If you are with this company about immigrant stuff, just do it yourself or spend more money on other company.
