Very unprofessional lawyer!! Don’t waste your time with this lawyer!! He doesn’t deserve your services!! Worst experience ever!!

I found Timothy I Marks in the Hmong California Directory “Txhawb” book and decided to booked an appointment with him to see how he can help me handle my car accident case that happened over two weeks ago. I have to say I had the worst consultation experience ever with this lawyer. Timothy I Marks is a very unprofessional lawyer who claimed he had help the Hmong and Mien community settled many pleased cases for many years! I was involved in a car accident where another party in a big SUV vehicle t-bone my small car and caused me complications to my body. I had asked the lawyer a honest question, to see if he’s willing to help fight my case in the best ability he can due to all my pain and suffering. He insulted me by saying that my case will not be consider a big case just by the way he looked at me minutes earlier walking in his office without a cane, a wheelchair, have any fractured or broken bones! This man is insanely crazy! He has no idea what this car accident has caused me. I’m glad to be alive although it could had been worst and the look of my car, it might be consider a total loss now because the whole left side of my vehicle was smashed in. I can’t even do the things I used to love doing such as hiking, biking, sitting too long in one position without complaining about neck pain, chest pain, back pain, body aching etc... He said to me that if I was in that much pain, why didn’t I take the offer of going into the ambulance or go to the hospital at the time of the accident. He has a point, but hear me out... Anyone who has been involved in car accidents before will understand my frustrations. The moment of my car accident, it happened so fast, I was so scared and shaking uncontrollably. I felt stiffness all over my body and my chest slammed into the steering wheel but I thought I was going to ok during that time because I was still in shock. The one thing on my mind was I’m just happy to be alive and all I wanted to do was to be with my family. I have never been in a major car accident before to realized how this accident is going to take a troll on my body until the next morning. The chiropractic place I was refer to by family members was close due to the holidays so I waited couple days later to be seen by the chiropractor doctor when the office opened back up again. Since then I been scheduled and going to see my chiropractor doctor. Timothy I Marks, the awful lawyer, cannot determined my injuries, the pain and suffering that caused me by just looking at me. I’m glad I got to meet him face to face in person and realized he will not be the lawyer I hire to handle my case. As he continue to talk about how many cases he had handled, and mine can’t compared, I made a quick decision to walk out of his office, not allowing him to insult me any further, although he did got my personal information down. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANYONE WHO IS SEEKING A LAWYER! Please do your research on lawyers and definitely have a face to face consultation with them and I hope no one has to go through what I went through today. After the meeting with Timothy I Mark, and sharing my frustrations with family/friends, I got some informations about their past cases. People was not pleased with his work on handling their cases and some cases took months until it was settled. There’s a lot of good hearted lawyers out there that will listen to you and do what they can in their ability to help you. please don’t waste your time with this law office. Best of luck to anyone who’s looking for a lawyer.

Do not do business with this lawyer. He will leave you in a mess. He states that he helps the asian community but all he does is make you at fault. A recent car accident occur and as a representative of me he made me at fault even though it was a hit and run from the other party. Please be aware. This especially goes for the Hmong community. Dont believe a word he says and his front clerks. They are their to make it worst for you.if I could give him a lower review I would and it would be negative 5
