She is no expert of law. Took my money then dumped me because she wasnt up to a simple challenge. She Could not even get simple health insurance for my daughter, even though it was already court ordered, but of course the father was ignoring the order. So she took my money and mh child still has no health insurance.

Ashley is my hero! I recently moved out of Kansas and was trying to maintain residential custody of my kids. My ex husband also filed for residential custody. Ashley worked on my case in her free time. She found a case similar to mine and the judge agreed to let the kids come to California with me! We still have to go to case management but it’s amazing that the judge will allow them to come here even though I left them with my ex husband.

Being someone that has never had to deal with family law situations in the past, I would have to say that this was by far the easiest process. I have always heard that court can be stressful but, with Ashley and Blake, they were able to make this (SERIOUSLY) as painless as possible. Things didn't work out, but Rocky let us switch most of our retainer to another attorney, so that was nice. Overall communication was poor, and I never received an invoice with hours. Rocky didn't go see my brother (his client) in jail to let him know what was going on with his case until I called the office to let him go from our council. It was a whole week before Rocky spoke with his client. I thought that was odd, but maybe he is just too busy. In my opinion, don't take cases you don't have time for. I cannot say how he is with other clients. It was a hassle to get a hold of Rocky too, he never answered, is never in the office, and never replied to my emails. He made my family and I feel like we were bothering him. I think that when you're paying for a job, you should be reassured about what's going on with a loved one, and you should never be made to feel like you are "bothering" the person you've contracted. Regardless, I am happy he was a decent person and gave back $1800 of the $2500 retainer we put down, even though he didn't speak to my brother (his client) once about his case the whole month and a half we had contracted him.
