By far the rudest attorney and rudest office. This practice could learn how to be respectful and not hang up on people when they have questions regarding a case. If you need an attorney that will bluntly lie to a judge, this is the man for you. Good Luck to anyone willing to hire this office.

Jim took the time needed to understand my many complicated situations. He has helped me with a number of very stressful situations and has become my go-to guy for reliable advice. He has amazingly helpful staff also. He's super smart and when needed - he writes excellent briefs for litigation. He is not afraid of the courtroom which helps a lot when having to get through complicated litigation. I never felt like he over-charged me for anything - unlike most of the other attorney's I've used in the past or heard about from friends. He knows a lot about family law, bankruptcy, business and tort claims. He helped me with landlord tenant matters, real estate law and even helped me with an appeal dealing with a state regulatory agency.
