After multiple communications with this lawyer he has become a joke and referred me to another lawyer because I personally think he couldn't handle the job that was handed to him or was it personable???? Seek other guidance is my best advice!!!

Mr. Choat helped me fix a traffic citation (one of which I was not guilty) after the county made a mess of giving me notice. Due to the county's mistake, I was issued a bench warrant, and Mr. Choat fixed it with little fuss and zero reported infractions on my license. He was also extremely pleasant to work with. He's worth his fees!

He is a very good lawyer and worth the money. He helped us and we live in another state.

July 30th 2019 update

Update He help take care of the tickets, I got everything I needed for court. Had to buy a new vehicle just to put insurance on it.
I was driving a friend's vehicle and they didn't have insurance and didn't tell me I had license but I was speeding so they gave me no insurance and speeding, I paid him to take care of it I live out of town he went to court in my place " " A lawyer, they still took points and my license is still at risk and I just got them back after 6 years and the same tickets came up in a background chick
So I have to take four of my 5 stars back they got me.....

Lindell is a great guy, very personable, always offering suggestions on best courses of action, and always available to talk about your case. He was also happy to offer 2x the amount of help with my case than the other criminal defense attorneys for less! If I ever have any issues with lying cops in Lyon County again, I'll be going to Lindell Choat first thing.

First of all, great guy. Mr. Choat was an amazing help, I was traveling to TN for a paintball tournament and got pulled over. Little did I know that my license was suspended in my home state. He help me from thousands of miles away to get me figured out before I had a warrant out. But wait there's more, thought I had the date to figure out my court fines but I was wrong, he helped me for a second time. I am very grateful for the help you have done for me Mr. Choat and hopefully will never need to, but I will always recommend him if anything ever happened in KY again.
