Greg Coulson is hands down one of the best, down to earth, caring, straight forward Attorney's I have ever had the privilege to meet. I called Greg's office at 10am on a Friday morning in a panic over a residential real estate purchase that was supposed to close that day but was going sideways. Greg was in court but his office promised a call back. Greg called me back at before noon and within 20 minutes he had walked me through the issues, agreed to help, reassured me that we were in the right and assured me that he would handle the issue.

Greg worked over the weekend with the unreasonable sellers and their agent to address all issues. He kept in great contact with me throughout the process. While I wish it hadn't been necessary to involve a lawyer at all the sellers left us no choice and in the end calling Greg was absolutely the right decision. Almost 3 years ago I was placed in a new and scary situation that resulted in finding myself in desperate need of a lawyer. A high school friend that happened to practiced law, but was busy from his current list of cases, suggested that I call a fellow lawyer that he was friends with, and highly recommended and had total faith in. I called and set up an appointment and a couple days later went and met with Greg and explained my situation, and told him how much stress and anxiety it was causing in my life.
