Patel & Dalrymple, PLLC comes with high recommendations. We used their services to close on a house. Mr. Sam took time to explain the process and answer any questions we had. His staff was superb as they had called just hours prior to our appointment with them to let us know they had not received the majority of our paperwork from our lender and due to the difference in time zones, wasn't sure if we would be able to close. A call from them a short time later revealed that the rest of our papers had "arrived" and our closing would go on as scheduled. We were thoroughly pleased with their services in every way and would not hesitate to use them again.
