Very pleased with Christina Pendleton & Associates! Specifically Porscha Brown. With a name like that, you have to be good! I was charged with a speeding ticket in Hopewell Va. I received a speeding ticket on I64 Thanksgiving evening 2018. The officer claimed I was driving 73 in a 55. I was actually traveling 65 believing it was a 65 zone when in fact it was a 55. For $100, this firm was willing to go to court for me, even after I told them the officer and I had words after he cited me for the full 73. The night before my hearing, my wife fell in our home and suffered a gruesome knee injury that required emergency surgery to not only save her leg but her life as well. Needless to say, I was not in court. I emailed Pendleton and Associates the night before with the bad news expecting to hear from them the day after court. To my surprise, I received an email early the morning of court empathizing with my situation and telling me not to worry about appearing.
While sitting in the hospital with my wife the afternoon of court, I received a call from Christina Pendelton herself. It was during our conversation that I realized Mrs. Pendleton is a special attorney. The very first thing she said was to ask me how my wife was and tell me how bad she felt that we had to go through what we did. She then told me the "bad news", that my ticket had only been reduced from 18 over to 10-14 over. She apologized and was genuinely surprised when I told her that I was tickled pink with the result, the result I had hoped for. I expected the judge to just find me guilty based on the officers embellished recollection (which he did unsurprisingly embellish, an unfortunate experience I had with many officers in my former line of work), steal my money with fees and fines and I'd have my insurance cancelled. To get my charge reduced, saving my insurance policy, was the best news I'd had all week. She was shocked that I was so happy.
So recap: reasonable cost, great communication, great defense, empathetic attorneys and the boss/owner/tv star calls me personally to give me the results. I cannot recommend this law firm enough. Absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had with a business.

I'll admit, I was not happy about my speeding ticket but I was extremely happy with my service and the process from Christina Pendleton and Associates. Very please and would recommend them to anyone that asks.

They prolonged my case and just kept giving me date after date . Every time I spoke to someone they all gave me different information. I would never use them again !!!!!!! Glad my husband case is over !!!

Would be 5 stars however I will say they could work on communication style where it was not the best way to comfort consumers. Otherwise everything was great. I rarely feel the need to write a review, but when someone goes out of their way and exceeds my expectations and due diligence, I felt compelled.

I recieved a speeding ticket a little less than 2 months ago, driving 15 miles per hour over the speed limit in a 35 mph zone. I was not mindful of my current speed, I just wanted to get home to accommodate my wife. I just left Krogers after picking up some tylenol for my wife.

My wife had a 102 fever after an earlier outpatient surgery on her right foot. I was pulled over law enforcement and was issued a citation. However, I was respectful, observant and comply with what was asked of me. Needless to say, this occurred at night.
