I spoke with Bryan about my mother's possible case. I was giving him Information the best I could he laughed about my mother because I stated she doesn't know how to go about in getting a lawyer so I was calling for her. He also laughed because I answered his questions and then he said I don't know what I'm talking about and continued to laugh. My mother might become paralyzed.but He was Insensitive, and extremely rude. I was looking forward in working wirh this law firm but now I am beyond upset I cant believe they are even business with a person like him.
