Do not hire Bo Foley; he took my money and represented me horribly (didn't represent me at all). He was unprepared in court and scared to speak up to the judge in my favor. His every action was against me in favor of the plaintiff. Before I hired him, I was going to settle my case on my own; this is what I ended up doing, with NO HELP AT ALL from Bo Foley. And, when the plaintiff countered, trying to get more than what I offered, Bo Foley tried to make me give him more, to which I said NO! I paid him for nothing because I did everything for myself, so, BEWARE and keep searching for a better attorney.
