Mr. Bush is one hell of a trial attorney. He is everything you would expect from consul in the legal process from commencement of filing to trial. Don't be mistaken, he is seasoned and extremely well prepared. Even had to reeducate the judge on law. Wonderful responsive staff as well. I strongly recommend him and his staff.

My son was ticketed for a reckless driving charge a few months ago. I immediately contacted the office of Bush & Taylor and received a direct return call from Mr. Bush within five minutes. Mr. Bush quickly walked me through the legal process for this charge and reassured me, based on my son's circumstances, that he would be able to represent my son. Mr. Bush gave us some things we needed to get done before our court date which we complied. His office handled the court date arrangements and dealt with our questions in a prompt and friendly manner.
The day of court, Mr. Bush met us early, went over the case with us along with giving us what he expected the outcome to be. Once in the courtroom, he told my son exactly what to do so that there were no questions on his part. When the judge called the case, Mr. Bush did most of the talking and ensured all the facts were presented to the Judge. Based on the case and Mr. Bush's keen legal abilities, the Judge dismissed the case altogether.

I am disappointed that Fred Taylor would represent a father who is appealing a ruling awarded to the mother half the cost of the medical bills for their sons residential treatment. The father had him for five years and never got the child treatment.

Mr Bush took $5,000, filed one document with the city and the client died. He was told the client had a few days to live. The remainder of $5,000 not used to complete work was to go to client's estate. After 6 phone calls, Mr Bush would not respond and has not returned money to the estate. Make sure you know what you're going to get from this attorney. This client had paid over $10,000 with no results prior to his death.

It's been around 2 years since we hired Justin Bush and Im finally leaving this review. When I hear the word "lawyer", I think of the poor treatment that my wife and I received from Justin Bush. From the 1st meeting, we felt like Justin was a bit arrogant and kind of belittling in his approach to us as clients/people. In the end, we also feel that we were grossly over charged for the services rendered. We hired Mr. Bush to represent us in Suffolk district court. Later, we decided not to go to court and just walk away from the situation. The stress was weighing on my wife terribly. Without the court appearance we had seen Justin twice @ under 1 hour each time in his Suffolk office. The 2nd time that we met was the day before we were due in court. At that moment, it was clear to me that Justin had not studied our case file at all. The questions that he was asking us about very basic key parts of the case made that very clear. This worried us and gave us very little confidence. Later that day I asked Justin for a partial refund once we decided that there wasnt going to be a court appearance. I told him that I felt like $5000 for 2 hours of his time seemed excessive and that I just needed something back to make me feel like Im not getting taken advantage of here. He said "absolutely not! Doesnt matter!" I realize that there was behind the scenes work that was done too. But come on?!? He knew that we had already lost over $10,000 to a dishonest contractor in this situation and from the tone that he took with me, it is my opinion that he couldnt have cared less. I shouldve seen red flags when I initially reached out to him and the quote was $7500.. I said "no way". I got a call from someone in his office 5 minutes later saying $5000.... Two years before that I called to hire him to defend me in traffic court. The initial quote was $1500. I said "no way".. Once again, 5 minutes later I get a call saying $1000..(I did not hire him this time). Notice a 1/3 reduction in the call back price each time. I know that all business's have a profit model and that we are a capitalist nation, but anyone should see a pattern here of him seeing what sticks when you throw it at the wall. In this case, its my opinion that its the hard earned money of good Suffolk citizens who a lot of the time just dont have means to have this "let's see what I can squeeze out of them" game pulled on them. I simply with a clear conscience CANNOT recommend attorney Justin Bush. Whether the above behavior is legal or not, I cannot say. I CAN say that something in me just feels like its not a good, kind, or respectful way to treat honest folks in our great city. A darkness of sorts.

I would hope that they would not negate this 1 star review by saying that I was never a client of theirs (like they have to some of the others). What you say is partially true. Spin it how you want. We had a counter-claim and I also had to dismiss to make it go away. My point is the money we paid you for what turned out to be NOTHING.

What I didnt mention in the original paragraph above is that the majority of the reason that my wife was so stressed and wanted to walk away is because of our lack of confidence in being able to win. Your redundant questions were alarming and made us wonder if you ever opened our file. You seemed oblivious to the facts of our case. THAT my friend really made us uneasy. His paralegal always sent me emails and made phone call updates informing me of upcoming court dates and both were pleasant to work with I was happy with my outcome in court and will be recommending this firm to anyone seeking legal help.

I was unable to make my original court appearance and with one call to Bush & Taylor, while stuck in traffic, they took over and had the court date pushed back . They communicated clearly as to what should be done in preparation of court and called prior to the court date to assure that we were prepared.

On the day of court the over-zealous Trooper who cited me began to offer 3rd party speculation filled with conjecture and false statements and Mr. Taylor objected; the court over ruled and the Trooper's attempt to inflame the court continued.
