Well, what can I say about Rob? Well to start, I needed a business Attorney. You see, I own a company and you can't please everyone all the time and this was one time no matter what you try to do it was going to end up in court. So you start looking for an attorney. First one I called was Rob and I talked to him and he gave me a lot of advice but said he could not make the date I needed for court. He gave me two other names of attorneys he recommended. So, long story short I called him back because I just felt better with him and he took the case, thank God. Let me tell you, he is a very personable, professional person as I am and got the job done and I now consider him a friend I can consult with. He's real and he's great; that's all I can say, so call him if you are in need of counsel.

Do Not call this Attorney! He has a terribly smart mouth and does not get along well with his clients!

I personally would not recommend this attorney known as Robert Nutt to anyone. I usually don't have time to even comment on a company/ business, but when its involving something as important as my product that's in R&D status... then I have no other choice but to let others know whom not to depend on in the critical time of need in a business of such statue. I reached out to Mr. Nutt about drafting an Non Disclosure Agreement. He then asked me to send him the information he needed to do so, this all took place on august 29th 2018. He first sent me a reply email to confirm his email address to send information to at 12:51pm. I then sent him my email with all of my confidential information enclosed to prepare NDA on Aug. 29th at 2:58pm. I sent out a following email on Aug. 30th for confirmation of information that was sent Aug 29th... asking "did you receive the information I sent for NDA". Didn't get a response until Aug 31st at 5:18pm saying "message received, will prepare on sat Sept. 1st. So with assuming my NDA was being prepared, I then waited a couple of days Tuesday Sept. 4th to be exact... to contact him about the NDA and I got no response. I left Voice mails and text messages and still no response until sept 6th 2:37pm saying how he couldn't believe he had been so busy and that he was getting ready to pull agreementtogether and that he was going to contact me shortly and didn't do so until a few days later. When he did contact me and didn't leave VM or anything I decided to call back just to see what the excuse was going to be this time and still didn't get an answer. The only response I got after I reached out was "can I call you later" and that was the last time I heard anything from Mr. Nutt which was on Sept 6th 2018 at 4:07 pm. Today is Sept. 10th and still have not heard anything from Mr. Nutt. I have moved on but I would advise anyone who is working on something they really have a true passion for and needs legal attention I would definitely not recommend Mr. Nutt for any serious business needs especially if it's a situation where there is money involved. PLEASE BE AWARE!
