The lawyers at Huffman and Huffman were very methodical in their approach to my claim against the insurance companies after a car accident in which I was hit by another vehicle. The day after the accident, Richard Huffman came to my house to discuss the accident and assured me that everything will be good.
Over the next three years, I received regular updates as to what was going on - it took so long due to medical issues from the accident. When it looked like the case would go to court, Keith Leonard was assigned the case. He kept me up to date every time there was an update. He let me know what the insurance companies were doing and guided me through the deposition process.
Finally, when the insurance companies (including my uninsured motorist coverage) were ready to settle, he notified me that day.
Once the insurance companies sent the checks to Huffman and Huffman, I met with Brad Huffman who explained in detail how the expenses were calculated and the amount of money that I was to receive that same day.
I hope I never have to use an attorney again but if I do, it will definitely be "the Brothers in Law," otherwise known as Huffman & Huffman.

Honestly Charles Huffman is ok , but The lack of communication within the firm is astounding. Almost a year since our accident and still waiting on results. Even though my husband and I did all the leg work and called everyone. My credit score was even knocked down for a medical bill they are supposed to be paying. Im very uncertain about this company.

Nice an hard worker

I was referred to this firm by another law firm. I should've gone elsewhere. Attorney John Paulson had a lousy attitude and sided more with the insurance carrier than with me. Liability was clear yet, he still acted like a moron. I had a medical lien which he should've negotiated down yet, he simply paid the full amount with no questions. This law firm couldn't find water if it fell out of a boat. Ambulance chasers.... Total incompetence.

First of all unlike any other personal injury lawyer when call a month later to check with the negotiate department too see how it was going ,Sam,in negotiates had nerve to say we talked last week . I informed him it was a month ago. Instead of him giving me information he gave me a attitude. Now, Brad, he tells me in Newport News court ,the judge is hard so I wouldn't get much for rear in collision . Long story short I should had went with Loyal the Hammer. 2 years ago same accident but more money.
