We loved working with Olivia. She is extremely knowledgeable and showed us from start to finish how to plan for our future including medical and financial decisions. She explained everything clearly and concisely and when we were done, we felt secure about being protected should (God forbid) something happen to one or both of us. No one knows what the future holds but I feel like it’s our responsibility to plan as best as we are able to take the burden off of others. Olivia even provided us with a pet plan for our cats and the two puppies we will soon be bringing into our home! I am going in for surgery on Monday and there is such a sense of peace knowing that our paperwork is done and available should we need it.
