Never phoned back.

Wouldn't even give me the time of day! Didn't even ask for all the info for my case! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My goodness, what a joke. My case manager was beyond rude - took weeks to respond to calls and emails, made sure I knew she'd only respond "if" she had new information; otherwise she'd ignore. Talked down to me, generally seemed angry that I was wasting her time.

How dare I have questions!

Then, a year after signing, my case got dropped. Legally, I understand why (another case set precedent which made my case tough to win) but how did they tell me I was dumped? By phone call? Personal letter? Even a personal email?

Umm, no. A form email. "To whom this may concern ..."

What. A. Joke.

Just treat us like human beings instead of just another potential payout. Sheesh..

I had the pleasure of working with Matt Breining. On top of being an excellent attorney he's very personable. Always willing to answer questions and does not hesitate to share information. This firm is honest and professional. I highly recommend working with them.

By far the worst firm I've encountered when it comes to communication. Responded almost 1 year later about potential case. I have tried calling back & emailed- nothing. Why did they even bother?

You really can't tip-toe around experience in this field, especially when dealing with a big pharmaceutical lawsuit like I was.
