This is Loving Care Assisted Living in Tulare California and we received a notice from state licensing that our license would be suspended because of a complaint from a sales lady that came by our facility at 7 a.m. and I shut the door on her and told her to go away. I called Michael Benevedes of this office and he claimed to know all about health and safety law so I hired him for $3,000. End result he plea bargained and I only had 24 hours to accept probation but the Atty didn’t tell me anything about a $3,000 fine from the state and mislead me regarding probation. I asked 6 months ago for copy of my file but texts, phone calls and emails went unanswered. Don’t waste your time and money with this firm. They are inexperienced and inept.
