Had a fake restraining order put against me from an ex wife..anywhere from kidnapping to arson was involved with this restraining order.. with no cops no fire department ever called ( even said I tried to burn down the house with her kids in it) and still no police report still no call for help ran supposedly ran off the road ..guess what no cops called.. but guess who has a lifetime restraining order because I was told at first appearance because she's a single mother with kids and if she puts her kids on the stand to lie for her I'll lose .. so I could either not go or go and have a judge go against a mother and her kids .. do another word forget about my innocence forget about my fake accusations!

If you want a lawyer that cares about you as a human, or at least makes you feel human, then Melisa is your Lawyer. She will fight and get your case adjudicated in the speediest and best manner for you. And her staff is funny, helpful and also exude caring. Her secretary stays on top of it and doesn’t skip a beat. I’ve never had that combination in any other Lawyer I’ve ever run into. She cares!

I needed a law firm to represent my company in a civil matter and I needed it ASAP. Attorney Melisa Militello agreed to take the case and she didn’t mess around! She immediately sent her process server out to serve my ex-client with a notice of intentions. I was shocked, figuring it would take several weeks. She personally called me back the very same day to let me know they had been served. I'm not the type of person to go on line and leave review's,but i just felt that i had to so i could let people know the type of professional service that i received from Melisa and her office assistant Michelle (she work's behind the window)....Before i chose an attorney, i spoke to many (7 to be exact). Melisa was the last attorney. I knew the minute she spoke she was the attorney for me , during my consultation i explained to her what i would like the outcome of my case to be and she told me what she could do. We were on the same page , even though i thought , what she said she could do , she wouldn't be able to do. With my doubt's and lack of trust for attorney's in the back of my mind ,i chose Melisa to plead my case. I got to say i didn't think she would be able to pull it off ! There were some paper work issue's on the court house's side that didn't go as planed , and caused me to get stressed and threw out that and my case up until court , Melisa and Michelle just kept telling me to breath and relax everything would be alright (yeah right i thought). Well when court came i was nervous , i spoke to Melisa asked her if everything was good , she told me not to worry , when we approached the bench and the judge reviewed the agreement he asked if all party's were in agreement , which we were , case over . So to sum it up , Melisa got me everything she said she would , and way less than i thought i would get for my case. I'm koris boyfriend and hired Ms. M as a defense att.. And was amazed on how fast and diligent she was able to get my girlfriend out of jail in serious charges.. Unfortunitely I've been dealing with the system for a long time and never seen a fast paced attorney such as herself. the results without a bond on some trumped up criminal charges were a miracle.. My girlfriend was out a week later no criminal record and she didn't SNITCH.

Paul is a great guy and very good at what he does, He has clout and is shown deference in the courtroom. I got a charge and it was looking bleak on my first plea. Paul went to work and got it reduced dramatically to the point where the charge was virtually dropped. Very affordable and he'll work with you If you don't have all the money up front. I got pulled over and issued a DUI citation due to the simple fact that I stopped to use my phone in a business that was closed for the evening and it just so happens that Citrus County's "finest" were surveilling the parking lot for drug activity...anyone that knows me, knows I don't do drugs!! Deputy Dog went on and on about finding drugs in my car, I offered to let him bring the dogs...he kept asking was I buying or selling..I was railroaded!! He arrested me as he was mad I wasn't his big "drug bust" he'd been dreaming of. Any way.....Paul Militello swung into action immediately and requested any and all evidence against me....(there wasn't any of course), the case was dismissed, I never even went to court. I highly recommend Mr. Militelo!!! He is also very good about corresponding with his clients and keeping you up to date on what is going on!! I'd rate him 1000 stars if it were available!!!!
