1 star for the phone call after my 1 star review offering to file the motions after allowing 45 days to go by with nothing being done on my case.
The reasons why I'm sharing my bad experience:
• Brian Mulligan took on my case insuring me that such would happen. Such didn't happen.
• While the case was ongoing, Kim called and scheduled an appointment for me to come in and discus evidence. When I arrived to the office at said time, Brian informed me that they had the wrong evidence.
• When Brian discussed a plea bargain with me, it was nothing that he had even mentioned when I first talked to him, this is complete different deal, one that I honestly feel like I could have gotten by myself.
• Part of the plea was community service in which I was informed (without going into too much detail) that it wasn't as bad as it seemed and we could do such.
• After I completed everything that I was supposed to with the exception of the community service, I called Brian while I was at the courthouse and asked him if I should file the motions myself, in which Brian assured me he would take care of it.
• 45 days and 3 unanswered messages later I find out from the courthouse that my case hadn't been touched since late 2018.
• I file the motions myself and as of today, I was successfully granted both conditions requested.
I found Brian Mulligan by doing a Google search and reading the reviews. I felt it necessary to share my experience with others. While this might have been a 1 off for the firm, it happened and I'm not happy.
