Edited to say that John contacted me after hours and had everything handled and taken care of right away. He apologized for the delay and made sure we were happy in the end.

I closed on my home back in September 2018 and I am still dealing with it. Kim always says she is taking care of it and she will call me back on whichever day she decides to tell me when I am able to get through to her, but she never does. I guess when a mistake is made and they owe you money they can no longer call you back or be available to answer their phone.

Wow... I called to see about the cost and fees for probate... and was trying to explain what I needed... and what all the will has in it, The lady that answered the phone was very rude cut me off several times... and told me that she don’t care... this is very unacceptable for a professional business!!! You would think being a lawyers office they would actually know how to speak to people!!! I am highly upset and feel very disrespected... Beyond words can explain!!! I would not recommend them for anyone that has any kind of a heart Nor feelings!!! I couldn’t believe how she spoke to me!!!

So I called to set up an initial meeting but changed my mind after speaking with his assistant. Her casual attitude, though not rude really, just didn't seem professional (or interested). She made assumptions about why I was calling and even when I tried to explain, she would cut me off and then get brusque. I quit trying to explain. Sad really, the reviews were really good - but I went with another atty whose assistant was super professional, helpful, set up an appt, and gave me information in a concise, polite manner.

Never filed my disability appeal then told me in 2014 he sent me to another lawyer I never received any notification of no such action and as of your day was under the impression I was waiting for a court date that has never happened now I have to find another attorney thank you so much not
