I hired Denise VanNess back in 2015 to represent me in my brother's estate after his passing, as I was made the executor. Knowing little to nothing about the situation, Denise and her assistant's were there for me every step of the way. When calling her office with questions, I would be greeted by the receptionist in a professional and pleasant demeanor. If Denise was not available, her assistant would take the call and answer the question, but if she was unable to answer it she would have Denise call me the next day. Denise's knowledge of the law and her compassion, got me through a very difficult situation.

i called 9/14/18 about a probate case in which the executor is abusing her power. the secretary answers, i ask if i can have a consult. well, as it turns out the secretary gathers the info and reports to (i assume) an attorney then calls me back and says "we can't take your case" never got a consult, and when i asked if they called my previous attorney, she said "well, i didn't". sloppy work ethic at best. they can't be bothered unless hundreds of thousands are at stake. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!
