Bit expensive pricing for consultation but you're paying for experience and knowledge. Was very friendly straight forward and didnt waste my time or his. I would suggest if you have any concerns regarding real estate check him out.

From my initial phone call the staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. I arrived early to my appointment and Mr. Nessler came out with in a few minutes to greet me and let me know he was with someone else and would help me as soon as he could. I felt that was a very good first step being as he could have simply had his paralegal keep touching base or giving me updates. As soon as we sat down in his office and he went over my documents he was very quick to give advise and professional knowledge. As stated above although the consultation fee seemed high for the time I was there but he did answer all of my questions and didnt make me feel rushed. Thank you.

Worst attorney I've ever sat in a room with. first and foremost he make states attacking my service dog, then basically tells me for just a simple ejection it would cost a arm and a leg and that anyone could take my property by using the stupid law of mail gives a person rights to your property, then he tells me I should find someone in there 30's I'm 57 that's a bit young but he said that women in their 40's and up all are black windows looking to take your property. I tell yah you all I served this country and if this is the representation we have in our legal system then we're all in for big trouble.

Mr. Nessler has handled several of our real estate needs over the past few years. He quickly solved a right of way issue allowing us to build our retirement home when we could not find help any where else. He came highly recommended and has truly lived up to our expectations. We were treated with the upmost respect and could not be happier with him or his staff.

Never a great experience when you have to see an attorney, BUT it is GREAT to know there is someone with knowledge and integrity that will do the right thing the first time. Paul is very knowledgeable and corrected what the first attorney screwed up, and he did it in a timely manor. I do not hesitate to refer him.

This attorney has no candor at all. He takes on clients that are trying to steal money from buyers. We have a bill of sale for 2.5 acres and given the seller 20,000 with the promise of giving her 4 more thousand over the next 5 years. Now they are trying to evict us of the property and steal our land with out paying us back

Paul has handled our estate planning and candidly has done an excellent job. Very straightforward, to the point, spot on correct with everything he's done for us. He's saves us money and I believe put us in a better position than we'd be in had we listened to many others offering standard advice. His ability to think outside the box, to cover all bases and to explore every detail to ensure things are right is comforting and welcome. I'd recommend Paul to anyone.

The worst law firm i could have ever hired. Paul H.Nesler Jr. does not return phone calls, Does not provide information, does not inform as to what to expect during a probate hearing, Does not communicate with client, I filed in January of 2012 and were told by Mr. Nesler that it would be cleared in 4 to 5 months maximum.Note there is no money involved, no bank accounts, no furniture, no cars, no assets just a home valued at around 20K , It is now October 25th and we keep hearing that it is in the Judges hands, and how Pasco county is the worst for probate and blah blah blah, and it could be 3 more months, They filed our paperwork in April but told us it was filed in February, ( we checked court documents to get file dates ) The staff is incompetent and nasty. My father told me a long time ego never trust a man wearing suspenders. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM unless you have time to waste....
