Eric Millhorn completed an estate plan for my aunt back in 2013. Unfortunately, today was the day when it mattered. A very difficult day has been made easier by a well-organized and well-designed plan that won’t require us to do anything to get her affairs in order and won’t require any filing with probate. We moved to FL five years ago. As a CPA experienced with Estate & Trust taxation I know the importance of having end of life documents for the State in which you reside. In Maryland I did all of the Estate & Trust returns for a mid-sized prestigious law firm which had a specialty in estates and trusts. I’ve worked with several estate attorneys and so-called estate attorneys. I have never experienced an estate attorney and staff more qualified then Eric Millhorn. Period! And, if you are from the N.E. or a big city, you will be most surprised at his extremely competitive fees.
