Everything started off great , they were in contact with updates then slowly that fizzle WENT away! When I would call I felt I was a nuisance, always being rushed off the phone , stating they would call when there was news. The last time the lady called and told me not to worry as she has said before, the money will be there before Christmas. Its now 4:58 Dec 24rd. And no word or money. I expressed the need to buy my childrens chrismast. The car accident took all we had but ...NOTHING. I WOULD DEFINITELY CHOOSE A DIFFERENT FIRM NEXT TIME, SHOULD THE NEED ARISE.

When I went to pick up my statement check, I was handed a check, my case folder, and told goodbye. I never met a single soul who worked on my case beside the initial case intake worker who came to m house to get information about my case. The insurance co. I was suing was more encouraging and helpful. This law firm exerted the least amount of energy on my case they could get away with. In fact, 2 years later and I'm dealing with unpaid medical bills from the accident this firm seems to have missed paying with their portion of my settlement. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Anyone has to be better.
