I could write an entire book on the countless victories we had in this case but let me be brief. Our family is blessed to have found Mr. Pulayya, (AKA Junior) to represent us. If we could add more stars for this review we would. It is not easy for a father to receive full custody and child support but Junior was able to accomplish this for us. Junior represented me for many years in a very complex case that was already 5 years old. I was fighting for custody of my daughter so she could remain living with me.

Prior to Junior representing me, the courts always ruled in the mothers favor. The court would kick the case down the road another 8-10 months even though the courts recognized I was raising my daughter on my own they would not give me custody. The courts would not make a final ruling; even though the mother had a long history of drugs, alcohol and violence pointing to her being an unfit parent time and time again.

Junior went above and beyond preparing me for every hearing. He was prepared for everything the other side threw at us including countless lies. Without Juniors expertise, hard work and over the top dedication there is zero doubt I would have been stuck paying over $27,000 in past support, including all future support as well as losing custody of my daughter.

I first met Juna and Megan through my wife who was dealing with her own case for time-sharing for her daughter and my step-daughter. They both seemed very genuine and honest. After going back to active duty in the Navy and being sent from Florida to my new home station in San Diego, CA I needed an attorney being that my ex-wife would not agree to our son moving to California. Juna and Megan were both very professional and upfront. They explained the entire process for relocations and further explained that since my son wanted to live with me, I would need to hire a Guardian ad Lidem to have a chance to ensure this. After a year of attempts to negotiate, we hired a Guardian ad Litem which gave me a chance to show why my son should be allowed to move with me. Junior handled my paternity case in which he did an outstanding job. The first call I had with him was very informative and I could tell right off the bat that he knew what he was doing when it comes to family law.
