Everyone there was very friendly and extremely polite. One person there named Nick was exceptionally so and deserves praise and a raise. Hes a fine example of being able to help and or suggest the best way to get to your location and helped in his own way to put me at ease. Kelly was also extremely helpful in her help on financial options. I hope to be able to find a way to use thier services.

I have had the privileged of having Mr. Ali and Ms. Collins as an attorney in my child custody case for over 2 months now . I wanted to shout out to the best paralegal Ms. Collins, there’s hope when she is on your case. She will go far and beyond just like she did to win back my son. She is “UNSTOPPABLE “ , God sent. Before I sought out legal counsel with 4 other attorney’s in the Houston area only to have spent endless time for an enormous emotional battle. I will never use another attorney again, Mr Fagan team’s is trustworthy, honest law firm. Truly one of a kind. Through out this long battle since 2 months ago I have never encountered an attorney or their staff who are like Mr. Fagan team. They are fabulous and I’m so grateful to have them to answer all my questions. Well worth it! **UPDATE** Since my last review , Ms. Collins has been monitoring my case while I’m battling custody in Louisiana . She stood her ground with the Texas judge to get my enforcement granted, no she’s not an attorney but a loving caring paralegal, she will do everything in her power to fight for you. She is one of a kind , truly soft at heart and very caring because she is a mother and a grandmother herself. I’m not just writing a good review just because I felt like it but also wanted to let the world know that there’s people like her that truly cares. Some time she would check up on me just to see if everything is okay. Or how I’m feeling and give me such motivational words to lift my spirit. I wouldn’t have it no other way when it comes to her. She’s knows what she’s doing and hopefully God bless her many more to continue this path with helping family that are in need when it comes to custody. God bless you Ms. Collins.

Two weeks ago I called Bryan Fagan office because as I was going onto there website looking for a divorce I noticed there page was unique. I decided to call them but no one picked up. I then left a message but got no phone call back. I waited two weeks and still didn’t get a call back so I figured should I even use them to help me.
I went ahead and started looking online for another lawyer. Still I decidedly to call the office of Bryan Fagan again. I finally got a hold of someone and explained what had happen. I was able to schedule a consultation and then from there I had my appointment today 2-12-20.
I was still spectacle if I should still even use them but once I opened the front door I was greeted, signed a couple forms then I was directed to Kelly. She really was a huge eye opener and helped me so much. I guess from my very first disappointment of not getting a call back at the end Kelly made me feel like home. I’m glad I had a chance to get informative information about everything. My 1 star changed to 5 stars!

I met with them to try to have them help me with a case. After we discussed the case some woman walked in and proceeded to give me a quick survey on the consultation I just had . unfortunately this buisness has no consideration for people or the way they represent themselves. The woman that was giving the survey wore a sweater with the words NOBODY CARES on it. What buisness does that? That is horrible I was shocked beyond belief that is how they allow their employs to represents their firm.. That is sooo sad, that they would allow that.

I would graciously recommend anyone who is looking for a divorce attorney to use Mr. Fagan’s office in particular Mrs. Patrice Horton and her Paralegal Samuel Roberson. I was at a lost during my divorce because nothing was happening when I officially filed for divorce with another attorney who was just taking my money and not doing the work. I went thru deep depression not knowing where I would end up because of the divorce. I realized I had to find another attorney who cared about my feelings and the situation I was in. I started looking and looking for another attorney who would take my case over coming in to finish the mess my first attorney did. I found The Law Office of Bryan Fagan and my case was assigned to Mrs. Horton who when I met her I knew right then she was going to take care of me. She and her paralegal gave me status of my case step by step. I didn’t worry, the only worry I had was to get rid of my ex husband. She did everything she could to get me what I was entitled to and did. I thank God for her as being an angel in disguise. At times I would get frustrated and call Sam her paralegal and he was so so nice and professional to assist me in my needs and questions. I will forever be so grateful that God put them in my way. I am so happy and “free” as Mrs. Horton would say today I couldn’t ask for anything more. Love you Patrice.

I was researching for an attorney. I had seen good reviews on the Law Office of Bryan Fagan. He is a great attorney. My experience before obtaining him as an attorney was pleasant, as anyone going through a divorce has a lot of questions and issues to sort through. The staff were very professional and courteous.
Bryan, was excellent when it came to my case, and I had no issues when it came down to the court hearings. And one thing Bryan also does, is he or his paralegal staff always will return your calls, texts, or emails. Communication is excellent and you are kept up to date in any information that you need.
Overall, Bryan was amazing and he also gets to know the client as a person, not just as a "client". So, he remembers what the specifics of the case are, which I appreciate. If there was anyone who needs an attorney, I would recommend the Law Office of Bryan Fagan.

Horrible. Billing Machine. My sister in law is getting divorced and now after 7 months they always delayed the process, no responses, most of the calls they said we are busy. They disappear form the map waiting for you to call or email them and now they charge you. Customer service below expectations. Her lawyer never answer. paralegals very rude. Like other reviews "enter at your own risk"

If I had an option to put negative star(s) I would. My mom used their services two years regarding a divorce she was going through. We had to constantly call the office to get more information from the law firm. We went through four different "lawyers" (most were actually clerks) and had to re-explain her situation over and over again to each one, which was pretty exhausting and very unprofessional. The overall experience was a nightmare, she was edge of having a nervous breakdown, and don't want any of the representatives to give me a typical (sorry we didn't meet your expectations) and demanding another nearly $5K. Well you didn't meet ANY of the expectations. All they did is took so much money for really nothing! do your research before you hire anyone.

HORRIBLE. If i could give 0 stars I would. They do not respond to you and the majority of their billing is bogus charges. I can go for 3 weeks waiting for a simple email back. No one answers EVER. Not the paralegal not the attorney NO ONE. I had a simple custody case which me and dad were both for the most part in agreement with minus a few details and i still got billed over $4,000 and finally had to fire this firm as counsel because they are such a joke. At one point while im waiting for her to draft the final agreement with dads revisions she legitimately billed me $185 to review my file. On top of drafting the order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I finally had an attorney assigned to me, who was worth the $30,000 plus that I had already spent, in time for my trial date. I worked with two different attorneys at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan on a contested Suit to Modify the Parent-Child Relationship.
The initial attorney I had selected at the beginning of my case, and whose name I will not mention, quit the firm WEEKS before my trial date, which is a case that lasted a little over a year. I later realized that the majority of the time he worked on my case, although knowledgeable of the law, that particular attorney was not familiar the critical details of my case. He failed to file critical pleadings with the court, and he dropped the ball many times. It was apparent that he just wasn’t doing much to achieve the results for which I had worked so hard to prepare, and that he didn’t care very much. An attorney shouldn’t be allowed to quit a pending a case like mine, especially not weeks prior to trial. This particular attorney also made my paralegal team look bad, but when my paralegal team began working under Mr. Daniel Ogbeide’s direction, I realized it was an attorney issue.
Mr. Daniel Ogbeide was the 2nd attorney from Bryan's firm that worked on my case. Mr. Ogbeide stepped in at the last minute in an effort to help me in achieving a fair outcome on my case. Given the circumstances and the time that he had to catch up, I believe he did an exceptional job as my attorney. Within a few weeks of working with him, he proved to be a strong attorney; he was more passionate about achieving the results I wanted, he was much more responsive, and he was just on top of everything. His honesty was also evident when he humbled himself in my best interest when he chose to involve me and ask for my help. I loved his approach and so, we got it done! I only wish he had been my attorney from the start; I believe more things would’ve gone my way if this were the case.
So, I would like to thank my attorney, Daniel Ogbeide, and my paralegal, Jessica Martin, for a job well done!
P.S I also wish Christian Estes had remained on my paralegal team. And, try not to change people on a client's legal team.

They resolved my contentious divorce with kids that lasted about a year and a half with temporary orders hearing and 4 mediation attempts. Both Bryan and Kimberly know the law, as well as the likely practical application / interpretation by the judges. They're quite sharp and follow up with your priorities and questions, as long as you are not shy in bringing them up. While others have indicated that they are not the cheapest, they are up front about their rates. Lawyers charge hourly, and their rates are commensurate with others I researched. Much of the expense of my divorce was dictated by: 1) time and effort spent trying to negotiate with my contentious, obstinate, and quite frankly, ignorant ex-wife, and 2) my decision to employ their more experienced attorneys. First, the room for improvement I suggest, related to my experience at the the temporary hearing. We were on defense, so the plantiff's (ex-wife's) attorney asked many questions meant to portray my actions in a poor light, and more favorable to her alimony case. Perhaps more questions could have been posed to my ex-wife in order to demonstrate her own emotional instability. In fairness, it's hard for me to be overly critical, since I was the household breadwinner, and much of the outcome of the temporary hearing was probably a foregone conclusion, even had the "blue wave" judge been unbiased against men, which is unlikely. It would have been more of a confidence builder for me as the client. However, the overriding added value of the Fagan firm is their network of contacts with mediators. Each mediator we used was very experienced, fair, and most importantly, ultimately accomplished my goals. The mediators handled my particularly unreasonable ex-wife and first got the child custody, and then later the financial concessions, that I needed to move on with the kids in my life. Now me and the kids are building a new, positive, uplifting family together thanks to the Fagan firm's expertise. Highly recommended !

Best family law firm in the Houston area.
When you walk in you are greeted by the firms receptionist who is awesome. He is always polite and professional, quick to help you as soon as he can. Seriously he makes a great first impression for not just himself but for the whole company.
In the lobby there is a small but very nice children’s play area, I never used it but I appreciated they had something set up for parents who have to bring their kids. They also have complimentary drinks and snack in the lobby and complimentary literature on divorce and child custody. The literature is very informative and helpful, I highly suggest everyone read and do your own research. It helps.
Let’s talk money. The attorney and paralegal do not discuss money with you that is not their job. There is a whole department with wonderful people ready to help you. I am not financially well off by any means so paying for the services the law firm (any law firm) offers was a huge burden on me, honestly it was more stressful than the actual case. The women I worked with were very understanding of my financial situation. There were times where I had to pay late and even set up a different payment plan. They made it easy for me to pay and keep up with my account. You do have to maintain $1,000 in your account to ensure no interruptions on your case. There at the end it became extremely difficult for me to do this. We communicated very well with each other and were able to come up with a solution to make sure my bill was paid as well as the mediator we hired. The billing department at this law firm is in every way professional and accommodating.
I read in another review that they called her every week. This is true, they are a business and following up with potential clients is important for all businesses. Had they not followed up with me I probably would have gone with a law firm that cared enough to reach out and check on the status of my situation. If you don’t want them to call tell them. They will send emails too you can unsubscribe it take a about 1 minute.
I can’t speak for all the attorneys and paralegals that work at this firm just the ones I worked with. If they are anything like Mr. Ali and Mrs. Collins you cannot go wrong!
Extremely professional informative and respectful. I just finished my custody case with them. If you have gone through a custody battle you know how sad and frustrating it can be. I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Collins (she is the absolute best paralegal I have ever worked with, just absolutely amazing) and Mr. Ali (newish to the firm, but I couldn’t tell, great attorney). I primarily worked with Mrs. Collins, which is normal most people primarily deal with the paralegal. The kept me informed when i needed to be. At first I didn’t understand why I wasn’t receiving calls at least once a week for an update like other attorneys I have had in the past, so I called and inquired about this issue. I was informed that they will call with an update when they had one, they don’t make calls for no reason because every call costs money and they understand that custody cases get very expensive. I appreciated that they weren't just looking out for me regarding the legal matter but financially as well. Mr. Ali and Mrs. Collins do not sugar coat anything they were always upfront and honest with me about everything.
It’s required that you attempt mediation for case, obvious it’s better on every level if the case is settled outside of a trial that’s dictated by someone who doesn’t know your kid(s). We used Mrs. Allison who is a rock star! Thanks to Mr. Ali, Mrs. Collins and Mr. Fagan (helped with questions Mrs. Collins or Mr. Ali wasn’t quite sure on, he even helped before the case by sitting down one on one with me to discuss which attorney and paralegal would be the best for my case) my case was settled in mediation. Mr. Ali made it clear what I wanted and what we would not entertain. My case was settled in mediation, praise God! I hope I never have to but I will definitely return to this law firm if I have to.

Really a great law firm, actually in the middle of a case using their representation. Had some billing issues that I have worked out with them and they have been beyond accommodating within fair reason. Client- wise, firm but fair and honestly the price is very competitive. Here’s why at this point I can’t do a five star at this time: 1. And before I get an angry response, I understand that this happens but it’s never a good thing for a client- my initial attorney changed in the middle of this. I get greener pastures and all that but it’s never a comfortable situation. I WAS notified shortly before the change and my new attorney DID reach out to me but of course he wasn’t the one I started with so there was definitely a bit of concern with someone new stepping in. Due diligence was 100% done on the office’s part. 2. This is definitely my main issue. It is so incredibly hard to get a phone call or email returned in any kind of timely manner. In my profession, I absolutely understand being busy but I provide my clients with multiple routes of communication and absolutely stress that one may be easier to reach me by than another. It’s not normal to repeatedly call and email multiple people regarding a very time sensitive issue absolutely necessitating a response to simply be left in the dark for days (after deadline). While I feel the representation is wonderful, admin aspect leaves quite a bit to be desired. 3. And this plays into 2- the various heads of departments have a ton on their hands, when I finally get a return call or email I am incredibly grateful and make sure I go out of my way to express that as well as my understanding of how busy they are, again I relate. I am however about two weeks late on my promised email for an adjustment to an erroneous bill but did receive my new (unadjusted) bill right on time!! My suggestion would simply be to hire more staff. This is family law and so incredibly stressful and emotional for your clients. It’s unreasonable for it to be this incredibly hard to contact someone. And before the owner’s response is in regards to payments- I was trying to Let your office know I was repeatedly being sent the WRONG documents to sign. Over. And over. And over. I was trying to simply get the correct ones to sign which was your auto withdraw agreement. I constantly caught on to the mistake that would not have allowed the office to pull money as agreed. Its been incredibly frustrating to feel like I was begging your office to take my money! I would love to update this to a five start, will modify upon the closure of my case for sure. Ps, still waiting on that adjusted bill.

I have hired this firm to help me with a modification order . 5 days later when I went to court by myself to a hearing without representation from the law firm , my Ex and I came to an agreement ourselves . They convinced me the Thursday before that I should not go by myself , but after they got my retainer they told me just to go by myself and reset the date .i would never gave them a retainer in the first place if I knew I could done this on my own . I called them right after my hearing that I came to an agreement with my ex and I would like my retainer back . I called days without getting a hold of the finance department and told them I don’t need there services . After day 5 I filled a dispute on my credit cards . Finally I got a hold of the finance department and she ask me to stop the dispute . Thank god I didn’t . Now I have gotten a bill over 800 dollars for things I didn’t ask for . They even charged me to give them a retainer and paper work $250. That didn’t take an hour I got proof of time from Phone records emails etc . They charged me for closing out my account speaking to office staff that I didn’t need there services including charges for certified letter , welcome emails etc . Please be aware of this firm . This firm is all about getting your money .I didn’t use any of there services but still get charged over 800 dollars Than when I spoke to one of the staff members they didn’t even look at my file yet or assigned an attorney ,but on the bill I got charged for a bogus date for service I already canceled . Please , be aware ! I never experienced anything like this with an attorney before .

This is posted by an ordinarily average working class man. If time is money and your an hour past paid. Then these fools might be right for you. But not us regular folks. If you have important things to do like run a small business, than I suggest you do not call these guys.
I was cold called by Bryan's staff after filling out a family law rights form online to connect me with firms that pertained to my situation. After they offered to give me a free consultation. I told the guy that the case was in Oklahoma and that it would be a waste of my time and their resources. He said that Bryan wouldn't and that they would still be able to offer me some sound advice, if I wanted it. So drive across town, when I should be working at an outside job I'm trying to finish up and it suppose to rain off/on the rest the week. For these m@therf#ck*rs to tell me they cant help me. No sorry or any of that b.s. They'll send you an email with a video that shows; you'll waiting in luxury while they wait on you serving you moche lattes and food on a beach with the wind in your hair and your feet in the sand.
Dont buy into these fools faker than a 3dollar bill.

They can get expensive but my family is worth it. I'm thankful for them and am a returning client. The first time I went through these guys was a "last minute emergency" situation. They were wonderful and stepped right in. My second case, I was antsy and an emotional wreck. They were very patient with me and always made sure i understood what was going on in my case every time i had a concern. They are quick to respond if you reach out to them. You can leave this office with confidence.

My case was very unique and I needed a team of experienced and caring law team to help me. Bryan Fagan and his team provided me with the highest level of legal support and helped me achieve the best possible outcome for my case. I can't thank them enough for their help. I would recommend Bryan Fagan to anyone needing legal representation for their family law case.

Very friendly and made me feel secure in hiring them to handle my case. Every staff member was easy to talk to and accommodating. My attorney (Chris) was great at communication and follow up.

This is one of the most friendly law offices I've visited. Everyone is helpful and courteous. Their new location on Cypress Creek Pkwy is super convenient too with lots of parking.

Not very happy at all with this law firm. I tried to complain to Mr, Fagan, but recieved no response. This law firm is complete rip off ! Charge too much money to do so little. I am still fighting with their financial department (Ana)for an over charge.
The lawyer I had Sherika, got me excited about my case in the beginning, but as time went on she didn’t return calls when she was supposed to and denied things had said to me. She made mistakes that could of caused me major issues. When I was about to talk to her about this she left the firm with no warning, leaving her clients in limbo. I decided to go with another lawyer not in their firm, and took them for ever to fill out the substitution form to give to me new lawyer. She could not even believe how slow Bryan Fagans Office was to return that form back to her. She said the judge signed that paper faster than Bryan Fagans office did. I guess they didn’t like I decided to seek council else where. I have a lot more to say about how unreliable this firm is & how they will rip you off for every little text, call & email. You have been warned. They even charge you for your lawyers welcome email. I didn’t ask you to send me a welcome letter! And charge me for it on top of that?? Oh yeah if your mediation is only 2 hours, they are going to still charge you for 4 hours! I was told part of the fee was traveling from the office to mediation. Does it take 2 hours to travel from their office to Richmond to mediation? Not it does not. And on top of that Sherika my lawyer never went to the office that morning before mediation. She was at a doctors appointment near my mediation & I being charged for that ??
The only nice ones there are Paola & Tina.

**UPDATE**
Since my last review , Ms. Collins.

I am
not financially well off by any means so paying for the services the law firm (any law firm) offers was a huge burden on me, honestly it was more stressful than the actual case.
When I started this process several months ago, they told me to be patient. I was in a marathon not a sprint. I was kept informed of status throughout. I found the staff to be understanding and helpful. The staff patiently explained the process and what it meant to me in terms I could easily understand. I am grateful to Bryan Fagan for resolving my case.
EXCELLENT!!!!
Nobody wants to go through a legal matter that causes a lot of stress, but if you must; the Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a good place to start. Even if you don’t hire them, you can still talk and see what could be your next move.
Kelly Portera made my visit to their office more pleasant. She saw that I was stressing under all the pressure, but explained everything including pricing. She has a calm feeling about her and was very honest. I wish I could hire them, but finances don’t always fall in order, but yeah...great place to start in case you have questions.
Would definitely recommend their services to others.
