I hired this person for a accident. All my evidence came up missing. Hired a new lawyer.to finish A year and half went by no return calls. I don't see how the person retains a license to practice law. Filed a complaint with the State Bar Of Texas. I would never refer this law firm to a monkey in a zoo.

Took my case. Got bad advice from my attorney. 18 wheeler hit me. Got the run around for almost a year. Handed my case to Briggle and Polan- they got the job done. They had to salvage Nguyen's screwup, and I got way less than I would have if I'd gone to another attorney. I wouldn't recommend hiring Tony Nguyen for anything. Dealing with him was like trying to pick up a dog turd from the clean end. Since there are no zero stars, this guy should have a black hole rating. Don't hire him!

They are unorganized they give u the run around n everytime u call u can never speak to your lawyer they always at lunch from 12pm til 3 or 4 pm bad service...i wouldn't refer no one to this company...

WORST experience ever...gave me the run around for almost 2 years. Never returns phone calls or they "lose" the messages. The attorney assigned didn't even have the guts to contact me to tell me they were releasing my case. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use their services. I have been left with bills after 2 years and they acted like they were doing me a favor. Told me I need to contact the insurance to get my bills paid myself. The firm has a HIGH turn over not even worth contacting because the cases will be moved around so much.

I was in a bad car accident in March I hired this Lawfirm worse mistake ever for ten weeks nothing was done on my file even the insurance companies was emailing me and call me telling me they couldn't talk to anyone in that firm,it's always something one week I have an attorney on the case two weeks later I called they changed the attorney I was not notified and that happened twice, my case is such an easy case the other party claimed fault but this people didn't do anything on the case I had to send them bills and stuff,I would advise anyone before hiring any firm in the spare of the moment take the time do your homework find out about any firm before hiring them.

Do Not use this law firm I am currently trying to wrap up which should have been a small case and has turned into a big headache.since my case started it has been one thing after the other when it came to my damage I had to go back and forth with the insurance to get a rental and make sure my car was done right. And now on the injury side it's been a big mess as well I don't receive updates and have to chase people down the paralegal and attorney are never on the same page and I have not received copies of my files or statements for my reference so I can make sure my bills are correct and I am still receiving past due and collection notices for bills that they were suppose to have sent out letters to. I am still not finish and my accident was in September of 2015 and minor I should have just handled it myself and came out better. You can't even get a hold of a office manager to even express your concerns. I REPEAT Do Not Use This Firm!!!!

Not suggested. Some of the employees are awesome but I have experienced to much negativity. I feel as if my complaints are frivolous and when the say "we care" they are looking at you as if they really don't. I went to switch law firms, asking for a letter of release, and was told there may be a lien placed on my case for work that had been performed. Forcing me to remain with this law firm. Using an attorney for this was not a good idea. If I could go back I would handle the litigations myself.

Every time i would call to see how the case was going and to speak to someone i would get the same response- " we'll give you a call as soon as possible" and never heard from them again! It seemed like they didnt care about the case or didnt even try. I wouldnt recommend them.
