Carl and his law firm took over our case and we felt very assured from the beginning that all would be handled properly. They delivered on all of their promises and exceeded what we expected in terms of service and the final outcomes of the case. We were given great guidance and more information than we imagined. Thank you for everything!
The whole process took a long time. Even as a former bank vice president, I could see how difficult the opposition makes it for people making claims. Mr. Knickerbocker worked through it all and we settled for more than twice what they originally offered. The results were better than I estimated and well worth the time and effort.
I knew I needed help when the insurance company tried to blame me before the accident that was clearly not my fault. For no reason they tried to say that I was in the wrong. From the beginning Carl told me not to worry because that is what the insurance companies always do. After going through the lawsuit the insurance company finally took responsibility and paid for everything. It was eye-opening to see the games Beckett played in this process and there is no way I would have been able to fight this without Carl's help.
Mr. Knickerbocker's firm is not a big firm, but when we went to mediation you could see how the other attorneys and insurance people treated him with respect. Lots of respect. No matter what the other people said or did, he stayed completely level and cool. And they ended up doing exactly what he told them to do.
Thank you Carl, and thanks your team on my behalf.
Carl every bit looks, acts, and performs like the best lawyer you will ever work with.
He took care of our case when other firms rejected us because they said there wasn't enough money for them to be made off us, answered any questions we had, did not push us to make any decisions but instead informed us of what our choices were, was prompt in responding and making sure we knew the different stages of our case. Again, even though our case wasn't a big money maker for his practice, he still treated it with care. What can I say, he's a really nice guy overall, the guy you'd want to BBQ with on the weekend with your family, and not some serious lawyer who treats you like cattle when you visit their office and passes you on to their assistants.
Anyway, long story short, go with Carl!
