I can honestly not understand how this Law firm got 146 five star reviews when they did not counsel they continued charging money for emailsethat did not provide any answer and after the many times I contacted them through many different avenues they never responded even Weeks later. Now I must go through the bar association to go to arbitration for the money because they all of a sudden just dropped me.

Awful "service" I've requested a call back last week and I have yet to receive one. This coming from an "attorney" I went to school with in elementary and goes and bombards my social media to "like" her page/practice .so dissapointing and a complete waste of time on such a sensitive matter .do not recommend at all .

Update: it only took them 5 days, and a negative review to finally call me. If it was possible to not give a star, I'd give them zero. So unprofessional.

I do not recommend this law firm at any cost. I say this because three of their attornys represented me in two of my cases In civil and family law area. The office location and ambiance is clearly misleading with serving coffee and all. But Their knowledge in the area of Family Law and civil litigation is very poor and the experience unlike what they says initially at the consultation is very limited. The principle attorney delegates work to other poorly educated high school graduate working there supposedly as paralegal drafting sensitive motion or pleading. The young attorney are inexperienced fresh out of law school. They are not time conscious and irregardless of their client’s interest. The billing is mostly inflated and possibly in error as mine were. The attorneys comes to court unprepared and disorganized not knowing what is next. Young attorney too timid and tamed to object or even know the court procedures. That is why I replaced them in the middle of my case despite the cost. Their regular client can confer on the fact they are more into billing hours of work than caring for their clients. Neglegnces are in abundance and some time critical. Hiring them is a just like throwing your case into bonfire. They will kill it due time.

I highly recommend Gisela Acevedo from the Contreras Law firm. She has good time management skills, is thorough, and caring.
