I called Mr. Shann inquiring how to protect my rental properties and myself from lawsuits and creditors with an LLC. He suggested I wait to file because the CA annual fee is $800 and I had only 2 months left of this year. Therefore, he was more interested in me saving money rather than making a quick buck. He also was willing to send me free information. I highly recommend you call him with you questions if you’re intending to incorporate or LLC your business or profession. He won’t rip you off like I’ve experienced with other attorneys.
