I approached Joel for a 2nd opinion because I was not 100% confident with the advice provided by another attorney. Sure enough, Joel correctly identified a point of law that allowed applicants with my fact pattern to proceed with a change of status application filing without having to wait any further. He immediately got the ball rolling and provided competent step-by-step guidance throughout the application process. The interview with the USCIS officer was almost uneventful because of Joel's thorough and diligent preparation. Joel is a great lawyer!!! We shopped around San Diego for a lawyer before making a decision, because we didn't have the time nor the money to keep going back and forth with immigration.They sent us a request for more evidence and we felt lost.
