Good law firm that cares about helping people protect their assets. The workshops they do really educate you on how it all works. Estate Plans/Trusts are not only for the extremely wealthy, but are necessary for anyone that has "stuff" they want to pass on when they die. I've learned a lot from their workshops and happy I found them.

Company does not comply with do not call/do not mail requests. Instead they hide behind an answering service to avoid responding or admitting responsibility.

Attended their free workshop this afternoon. So far, I'm very impressed with what they're offering. Extremely knowledgable workshop leader. I've read some reviews where some felt they were "pressured" to sign up and pay. I felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Yes, you have to pay a 50% deposit to get what they say is a reduced fee, but you can cancel at anytime, right up to the point of signing the final documents, and obtain a full refund of your deposit. But even if the walk-in price were twice what I'm paying, I think it's reasonable for what we need.

Obviously, more to come and I will be back with an update on my continuing relationship. If all I'm offered in the end is what I could have obtained online and done myself, I'll terminate my relationship with them and take back my deposit. But if I think I'm getting value for what I'm spending, I'll stay with them and will certainly let everyone know that, as well.
