Sent 9 pages to be translated from Spanish to English. Person said on the phone they do complete translation service. After 3 weeks of trying to get hold of this person, he FINALLY sent the translation. A whole ONE PAGE. When I contacted him to tell him that USCIS needs the entire packet translated, he assured me that he has done this "dozens of times" and what I received was all I needed. What a crock! I contacted USCIS and they told me THREE TIMES that the entire packet needs to be translated. They will not accept a summary. Even though A&B Legal Document Services' website (now offline) said "money back if not satisfied", he refused to refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING!!!
