When I sent an email voicing my concerns, the firm tried to bill us for "reviewing" my email, a subsequent phone call from Mr. Burrows assuring me he would personally oversee my divorce (which did not happen), and a "staff meeting" addressing my concerns. The billing practices of this firm are exorbitant and unethical. What's more, the initial "consolation" was just a $250 sales pitch. AVOID THIS FIRM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
